Looks more like a Server issue.

After the first time you log in manually the autologin works every time you launch the game, until next reboot.
Thanks, bye.

Thank you. Helped me.Ernie4711 wrote...
The following steps should fix your autologin to the cerberus network:
1. Start Mass Effect 2 as administrator
2. Login manually to cerberus network
3. Set autologin to true in options if you not already have done so
4. Exit the game
5. Start Mass Effect 2 normally.
Autologin should work now.

EDIT: it only worked the first time,. When I closed ME2 and re launched it then the auto log in doesnt work and I have to log in manually.

I have found a solution to not being able to auto-login to Cerberus Network on startup. Go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows Features on/off -> Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1. There make sure that both Windows communication foundation HTTP Activation and Non-HTTP Activation are checked and then click OK
Testing this out. Wish me luck.
Edit: I had to manually log in the first time, but after exiting the game and restarting, auto login seemes to be working.

Did not work, once the computer is shut down and turned back on the auto log-in still fails.
