I keep crashing in the mage tower. 1st in the tower a couple times then in the Fade. Is it me? My machine? My game?

i have also crashed just before the final boss.. now it refuses to let me back into the game saying someone who has acces to premium content must log in.. i have the origins ultimate edition and im logged in.. but still nothing... can anyone help?
