Alright~My gamertag has been around for a few years. I've changed the windows live ID's email address to my new universal email. I'm trying to bring together all of my content onto my new permanent address. All of the content from EA's Mass Effect Series and Dragon Age Series is all going to my old email address. I made the mistake of redeeming my DA2 Preorder code on the new email address, but for some reason~EA doesn't recognize that my new email address is the one linked with my gamertag. Their social site still recognizes my old email address as the one that is linked to my gamertag.
Basically, I have all of the content I want besides the preorder code on my old email address. Is there a way to transfer my content to my new email account so everything is up to date? I'm sick of technical **** happening with my accounts for XBOX. I don't want to make a new account as I'm pushing 50K gamerscore...

Yes, EA Customer Service handles all the account stuff.
Sorry for the absence but most of the new threads have been rehashes of older questions (aka. no new issues are appearing) so I'm leaning heavily on community members helping one another.
