I just bought DA:O Ultimate Edition digital download from the EA store.  It has all the DAO content.  But, I can't find Awakening.  Where is it suppose to be?  In Other Campaigns?

Yeah, it should be there along with Liliana's Song, Golems, Witchhunt, and Chronicles.

It's not.

I already had DAO when I bought DAO Ultimate. I didn't uninstall DAO before buying DAO Ultimate. DAO Ultimate did not go through a lengthy download where as it took DAO over an hour to download when I first went to install DAO.

My suspicion is that EADM saw DAO and didn't redownload and reinstall. But it's not smart enough to see that Awakening is not there and that it has to DL and install that.

Anybody else had to deal with this?

I always get to mine by clicking "New Game". It gives me two options: DAO or DAO - Awakening.

Uninstall DAO before installing DAO Ultimate.

The instructions for DAO Ultimate say to do that.

The instructions are no help when you get it through EA's Origin Beta app. It has a mind of it's own, just not a good one.

EA support resolved it over chat. They looked at my order number and told me I bought DA:O NA EU. I guess EU means Europe. I'm in the USA. Origin Beta app and proof of purchase emails say I bought DA:O Ultimate Edition.

I was given a magic number for Awakening. I registered, downloaded, installed and started playing it. So far, so good.

The Support has always been helpful and useful from EA. I dont know why people complain about it.

Did you install the game to Windows Vista or 7 under one account, but try to play it on another on the same PC? That is the situation I have run in to where Awakenings doesn't show up, but the other DLCs do.

This happens if I log in as a regular user X, then run the install as an Administrator Y. Awakenings will be an option for user X when I run the game, but will not show up as an option for the Administrator Y. It sounds backwards, but I assure you this is what I have run into.

I am havng the same problem. I bought ultimate edition download version, and it didn't seem to download over my installed Dragon Age Origins, DVD edition. I did not see the awakenings campaign. I was able to download the extra content, even played the Lelianna song mission, but did not see "Awakenings".

So I uninstalled Dragon Age Origins and re-downloaded Dragon Age Ultimate edition through the Origins application. At this time, all the downloadable content said "unauthorized".

So I deleted the contents of addin directory. Installed beta patch 1.05 and re-downloaded optional content. But still don't see awakenings campaign.

Some times you have to log in and then log out and then log in again. Weird, it is, yes - but it might be what you'll need to do.

Did you install the installation disc?
The Ultimate Edition comes with two disc. One for the game and one for all the DLC.
Uninstall the regualr, and then install the Ultimate Edition. Then install the DLC disc.

Then, press new game and it should have awakening along with all the other new campaign dlc.

Hope I help ^_^
