I recently got a copy of this game at gamestop.  The game was new when i bought it.  After i put in the activation code that came with the game and a message poped up saying my code was invalid.  Any suggestions or help?  Also is there anyway to contact bioware by calling them?

1) Where are you entering the redemption code for the Cerberus Network? You don't enter the Cerberus Network code on your Xbox, but instead on the Bioware Social Network. Enter the code here: http://social.bioware.com/redeem/

2) Is your gamertag linked to your EA Account? When you go to http://social.bioware.com/redeem/ it will list your Gamertag under your e-mail address if it is. If it is not linked simply playing any EA game with an "online" component (such as ME2) should give you the opportunity to link them. See here for further details.

3) If you're entering it in the correct location, try it a few more times really carefully to make sure you're not fat fingering it.

4) All else fails, contact EA Support here: http://support.ea.com/

I dont know if this is the thread im looking for, but i bought ME2 CE from one of my friend, and i want to buy a new cerberus network access for xbox360, but i cant get it... It says "There are no items available for purchase at his time!".. What can i do, to get a cerberus network access?

Go to the XBox Live marketplace and search for Mass Effect 2. The Cerberus Network should be available to purchase on there.

I checked out but only the appearence pack 2 is available there... Dont get it... Cant get the cerberus network from anywhere... Any other solutions?

Sometimes the availability of dlc does depend on your region.

All I can suggest is rather than use XBox Live marketplace from your 360 you try to access it via the PC and perform a manual search to see more dlc comes up in the search results. If indeed it is a regional thing then there's very little advice that I can offer.

I can see all the DLC in the game menu. I could buy cerberus network pc thats why i dont get it all...

Could you clarify that last post a bit please, I think I miss the meaning there. (It also seems the situation has changed from your initial post though I could be reading that wrong.)

If you're having trouble finding the DLC in the Xbox Live Marketplace you can buy it all and queue it up for download on the Xbox Live webpage. Just sign in using the Windows Live ID connected to your gamertag and BAMN:

I have the same problem.. Seems like Obaka is right... Something is wrong with my region... When i want to download it it says "The offer is not valid for your region, or expired"

If i want to get a cerberus network pass on my PC, i can buy it from bioware site without error. When i want to buy it for my xbox360, i get all kind off error messages. So what i meant, when i play the game, and enter the in game downloadable content menu, i see all DLC there and cerberus network too, but i get the same error messages as well.

I guess i have to play it without the DLC-s.. I dont get bioware at all....

Out of curiosity, what country are you located? It might just be a matter of going to the correct web address.

OK, yeah something really whack is going on. If you go to the Mass Effect 2 section of the Hungarian Xbox Live page, all they have available is Appearance Pack 2, which backs up your previous statement of only that being available.

Furthermore, if you go to the ME2 DLC page here, a lot of the DLC says "<DLC> is not compatible with Polish, Czech or Hungarian versions of Mass Effect 2. We apologize for any inconvenience." I'm assuming this has something to do with the translations in the DLC not being done for those regions. Was your friend able to get the Cerberus Network DLC when he bought the game new? I'm curious because the Cerberus Network downloads bypass Xbox Live somewhat.

You could contact EA support, but I'm not sure if it would help.  Sorry we couldn't be more help.

With any luck the head honchos will get around to making the various dlcs available in those countries that are still waiting to get them.

He bought it new, so i guess he had a redeem code in it. But on the PC version if someone used it allready, he could/can buy the cerberus network access for 1200 BW points... Thats why i dont get it, why i cant buy it for xbox360. Its money for them, DLC-s for me (well, what i can download in this region)... Everybody is happy..

Maybe i will contact EA support, but i guess, it wont help...
