Most likely I will, though I'll wait until I see a review from a more....balanced member of the forums. i.e. someone that wasn't ranting and raving, but also who wasn't blindly stating "best. game. ever."

Certainly I like the idea of what I know about the story, and cool new weapons are always...well, cool.

Your stand is zound and it's also exactly how I feel. Though I wouldn't buy the DLC from day one. I think i will probably wait until all DLC is available for purchase. I got into DA very late about 1,5-2 years. At the time when I started all the big DLC was already out and ready to play. Such as Stone prisoner and Warden's keep.

I'll wait until I hear what other people say about it first.

That's right, you're all going to take the bullet for me.

I'll most definitely get it, for completion's sake and because it'll add something else to the roster. Will I get it release day? Maybe. Might forget when it comes out and just be pleasantly surprised one day when I browse the Marketplace, Unlikely I'll play DA2 for a while, if DLC integrates into a plot I don't want to replay for DLC or play it out context if it integrates but can 'occur' outside the plot a la Warden's Keep. So I'd rather collect together all the DLC that integrates then play DA2 for a proper run through.

Nah, I'm still upset about shelling out 60$ for DA:2 -- SE. I'm going to wait for some reviews/feedback before I assume/give the benefit of the doubt with/to the DA:2 team again.

Kind of tired of the game though, did one playthrough in March was upset. I have done three since then, and haven't really immersed in the game at all. Act 1&2 have their moments though just not enough to warrant quality for the whole game.

I'm going to give it a shot--been feeling like playing DA2 again and my current leveling project in DDO is almost capped. Good timing for a single-player break.

Not likely.

1) It seems like a blatant attempt to tie Hawke to the Wardens in order to make him even more important/cool/awesome/whatever... too bad I don't actually like Hawke or his/her family, this just drags the wardens down by association.

2) The above not withstanding. No matter how great legacy turns out to be or not, it doesn't retroactively fix the innate crumminess of the rest of DAII. Unless it comes with a Witcher 1 style enhanced edition patch.

Definitely not on day one. I was more than willing to do that for ME2 DLC, but that was a game that met and exceeded nearly all my expectations at launch. DA2, on the other hand, doesn't get the benefit of the doubt from me.

I'll wait for reviews and, if they're good, I'll probably wind up buying it one day when my bank account has recovered from Steam's summer sale.

I feel like I'm one of the rare people who genuinely enjoy DA2, so yes, I will buy Legacy the day it comes out.

That's right, I'll be first to eat the bullet for you ;)

I probably would have, if I hadn't had to wipe my entire hard drive a few weeks ago. I just can't bear the thought of another DA2 even half-play through to get far enough to be able to do the Legacy content.
