Yes. I'm hoping that this DLC will slightly make up for certain issues in DA2 (which I did enjoy, just not as much as Origins). If it doesn't at least make some sort of effort to attract Origin players, I'll probably just abandon Dragon Age.

No. I won't buy anything DAII's related. On principle.
As for Legacy in particular, I saw the demos and I'm happy that they removed enemy waves and stop recycling maps like there's no tomorrow, but the plot isn't appealing at all for me (the harsh truth about our father? please...) and definately not worth the money. I've already invested too much of it in this game and I saw that isn't my cup of tea. If it turns out to be very significant and consistent lore-wise (i.e. darkspawn origin), all the better; for me it will remain an interesting entry on the wiki

I'm not against buying dlc, but the base game needs to be good enough on it's own imo. Though this dlc seems fairly interesting, i dont like the trend these days, were they pull content out of the base game to sell it to you in pieces. Specially when the base game is rushed, and not very good imo.

No i did not say this dlc was ment to be in the base game. I was talking about dlc's in general. I did say this dlc looks fine...but im still not tempted to buy if thats ok?

I'm not particularly interested in Hawke or his family, nor do I care if there are revelations "that will startle the Bioware Universe". Although... for a brief moment, months ago, I wondered what it would be like to play as Bethany (Hawke's sister), the Grey warden beyond the walls of Kirkwall. It seems there's a whole lot more meat to the steak than the fat that was served up.

Nope - aside from a total overhaul of Dragon Age 2, which would need to be free (and grossly unrealistic), there is nothing they can add to Dragon Age 2 to make me bother with it.

I'll buy it, not necessarily for the DLC. I'm curious. I just need to know if things will improve in the future for dragon age. The DLC will be a good opportunity to get an idea. It was presented as something that responds to the feedback, I want to see with my eyes. That's why I am interested.
