Yep.

Aside from the fact that I was always going to buy DA2 dlc, I'm curious to see for myself what they've made of the DA2 feedback..

Not likely.

1) It seems like a blatant attempt to tie Hawke to the Wardens in order to make him even more important/cool/awesome/whatever... too bad I don't actually like Hawke or his/her family, this just drags the wardens down by association.

2) The above not withstanding. No matter how great legacy turns out to be or not, it doesn't retroactively fix the innate crumminess of the rest of DAII. Unless it comes with a Witcher 1 style enhanced edition patch.

Same.

The trailer looks as bland as the original DA2.

No idea why I should fork over money now when I felt like a tool after pre-ordering DA2 just because of how much I liked Origins.

Why not? I like DA2´s story, this game isn´t so bad like many ppl say. Of course there are some problems or issues which should be fixed but still it´s a good game. So yes I will buy it.

As Isabela so confidently said, "I never give into temptation."

So of course I'm going to buy it, there's no reason to even ask such a question!

Damn, you stole my answer.Image IPB

I like big DLC, I cannot lie.

Nope, too much throwing good money after bad.

Besides I think it would send the wrong message that it is OK to strip content from a game at release or rush a half-arsed piece of crap out and charge extra for content as DLC to suckers who like getting pooch screwed and being told they don't understand innovation or are just plain stupid for feeling done over.

BioWare is heading down the dunny and fast.

I may buy it eventually. If I have extra Bioware Points (what an idiotic convention, why cant I just buy the ruddy stuff wi MONEY!) I can see myself getting it if only to satisfy the collector in me.

But not at release no. Wont be burned like that again.

Not even preordering ME3.

Yeah, I've made my donation to the Bioware kids' college trust fund for this century.

I doubt it considering I didn't buy The Exiled Prince (despite owning all DAO, ME1 and ME2 DLC) - I just don't see DA2 worthy of spending more money. Having said that, it looks like they're taking some good steps so if the reviews are good enough, I'll pick it up.

I'm very torn about this, I have to admit the trailer looked good and I felt the urge to try it buuut, so did DA2 and I wasn't happy at all with it, also I remind me every time that it's not going to fix a broken game, once I get through it it's the same area repetition boring stuff again.

I guess I'll wait for some reviews, if it's really good I might get it else nope.

After reading dozens of reviews that said DA2 was 9/10 etc etc -

I'm going to ignore official reviews and see consumer feedback - which has been somewhat more accurate over the past year or two.

That said - I'm seriously Meh since the whole "New enemies to kill! Epic Boss Battle!" line.

I am definitely buying it day one. It looks amazing, and I have a theory about the special darkspawn.

No. I don't like the new direction of the franchise. I've had enough of Hawke and the ridiculous battle system.

I'm gonna try it besides DLC isn't expensive so i don't see why i shouldn't give it a chance.

DA2 is no longer installed on my PC.

It will NOT be re-installed.

Why do I need dlc for it?

Time numbs old wounds... Its like giving birth. Immediately after the first one, ask a woman if she'll have a second and she'll say "Hell NO!" Then, a few years later, there she is with another one on the way. So will I pick it up... maybe. But only after my pain and memories have dwindled enough that I forget why I hated it so much.

And on the bright side, it will be soooo much cheaper by that time.

Will the DLC get cheaper? (Or much cheaper? It's only ten bucks to start with.) The original game, sure.

Also, I really can't remember the pain of childbirth either time. I think it's hormonal. (Or possibly because the pethidine the first time made me think I was on a spaceship. Not joking.)

But, yes, going to buy it. Looking forward to what they come up with.

I'll wait until I hear what other people say about it first.

That's right, you're all going to take the bullet for me.

Since someone has to be that guy, might as well be me. I'm curious the extent to which Bioware follows up. Hopefully the EA servers don't crash on release.

Even if I didn't oppose the DLC distribution method on principle, I'd skip this because either it doesn't fix the problems of the basic game and thus is useless or it fixes them and then should be distributed for free as a game patch.
