I'd love to do that.  My problem is that I'd registered and a few days ago it seems my profile has forgot I registered - of course you can't use the key again.

Your not the only one. I posted on another thread talking about this very problem. I got and registered the game around the day it came out and recently it's started saying I have no game registered and indeed as a result cannot post on the forums requiring registration. My character profile still seems to be working although it updates really slowly.

Well, I dunno, I checked my husband's account again and I can't tell whether or not he's registered the game. It says we don't have a game registered (though I'm pretty sure he did already) and when I tried last night to register it again just in case, it told me the codes we have are invalid. There's a code on the plastic case and a different one on the guide, and neither of them worked. I'm stymied. All this just to use the forums? Don't know how it's uploading our characters etc. if we're not considered "official"?

At the moment, neither account is reporting the game as being registered. Some users, notably those quick to register, seem to be experiencing problems with registrations disappearing by themselves. I suggest you 1) ensure the code is correct, and 2) keep trying. Occasionally the site fails to validate codes and simply trying again (potentially several times) can help.

Uploading data has nothing whatsoever to do with having the game registered.
