I just bought DA:O Ultimate Edition and I was wondering how to download the Tool Set. It says I have to Regester my game, and I did when I set up my Bioware account, but for some reason it still wants me to regester the game when I go to the Tool Set link. I tried to use the code again to get the tool set,but it says the code has already been used... well duh I used it to regester the game. How can I get the tool set?

At the top of the Bioware social network page theres a line of Tabs. The last one on the right says games. Mouse over it then move down to Dragon age Origins, a side bar will pop out that says varius downloads and one of them will be the tool set.

You also need to Register the game to your profile here, I see you have registered DA2 but not Origins.
