Hi everybody,
I have Dragon Age Origins with the Awakening expansion. I bought it through Steam.
The problem is that I had to reformat my PC. I downloaded and install it again but Im not abe to see anything on Available content and on Installed content ( I had the Blood Dragon Armor and The Stone Prisoner).
I check on the online options the option to download again the previously bought content. I also tried to redeem the code again but it says It was already used.
Is someone able to help me?
Many thanks in advance and regards.

Awakenings is an expansion, not DLC. You will need to re-download it from Steam.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Awakenings is Ok. The ones that are not showing (not even to donwload) are the Blood Dragon Armor and The Stone Prisoner.
Any idea?
Thanks for your help.

Try refreshing the available content menu. This is the third time I've seen this particular pair only not show up for people this week, so it may be a passing hiccup with their servers. Simply re-starting the game and re-logging in has fixed it for some.
Edited to add: The Dragon Age wiki has links to download the dazips for all DLC. Those requiring authorization will still check for that authorization, but if they aren't coming up in the regular game menu and aren't available as a standalone here, this gives you a way to get them downloaded and installed. Some computers will attempt to re-name the files to zip files from dazip, so check that before installation. Simply install using daupdater or a modmanager.

Your backup is not necessarily the full install. I would suggest downloading the full dazip. If your other DLC is authorizing, then you shouldn't have any problems. If you are having authorization issues, there is a range of possible problems and solutions detailed in the Solutions Round-Up thread pinned to the top of this forum.

You should be able to install it under Add/Remove-->Add Windows Components. Just check .net in the list of possible components. After that, run Windows update several times to get all of the updates.

You might also find it helpfull to install the latest version of c++ (i think it is called this?) If you use google to search for it, you can find it rather easily. I think the latest version of .net is 4.0 or even 5.0...

C++ updates should come down with Windows updates. The game actually uses the older version that distributed with XP.
