Please don't change Miranda or Give a Choice for the Same Costume

This was definately a 9/10 game bioware and the women made the game so much more entertaining! Just please give people choices many people loved Miranda's huge butt opposed to the minority who don't so I say give a costume choice from the start of the game. Problem solved.

A suit of armor doesn't really fit her character and defeats the purpose of genetically enhancing her looks. That's why a simple costume should be made to change between the players interest not punishing everyone.

The enemies are the reapers. I don't think Miranda can seduce a reaper, or could she? But chances are she'll need some heavy armor to protect her if she fails to seduce a reaper.
It's a reaper. I don't think armor is going to help.

In fact, I'd hope that by the year 2185, the cultural growth and maturation of humanity would have overshadowed our dark ages prudishness, and we'd have gotten rid of such oppressive garments all together. I say everyone should be walking around experiancing maximum comfort.
No pants for everyone in ME3!

Attractive women, just like attractive men, can be in a game like mass effect if tastefully done like the example Slayer_22 just gave and if the characters' attire makes sense. In most peoples' eyes, a catsuit doesn't really make sense but her armor does. It's the same argument given about why she and Samara wear high heels...doesn't really make sense. Now I'm not against hot chicks in heels by any means, but if I'm taking them into battle and they showed up dressed like that I would be scratching my head.
I'm not generalizing by any means, but I just find that most people want the game to be taken seriously as the work of art it is and sometimes seeing the stereotypical video game babe within the game (hot chick it tight or revealing clothes, etc.) does not help that.
I hope that makes sense. I'm just trying to help you understand the argument; but, by all means, use the original outfit if that's your thing.

But I'm a fan of keeping Miranda in catsuits, if it means that we can keep Ashley in armour!

Really well. It was obviously tailored to her exact measurments. Or it's held in place by internal mass effect field generators or something.mrsph wrote...

Your just complaining now lol. And even if hypothetically you could do you honesty need to care what other people do on a single player game? I love Miranda's cat suit as you call it. But I wouldn't stick it on the other characters because it wouldn't fit their characters.
But all I was saying to begin with is give different people a choice /thread.
Huh?.....I don't care what other people do in their games, I do find catsuits and heels irritating and ridiculous though....I am still waiting for the privilage to pay for less ridiculous attire for Samara and Jacob too.
Other than that though, having a look at who Miranda is meant to be...a woman in charge, a leader, a soldier/warrior, etc... The catsuit does not suit that persona...I play my manShep as not taking her seriously, as I can't (am older woman) ....her constant need to shove her *ss in his face from his perspective just makes her an easy woman, keeps dragging his mind off the objective and to whats between her legs...how can he take her seriously? No, he doesn't romance her, for the same reason.

I actually like her DLC armor, it's a mix of professional and tough, She looks as likely to outsmart/seduce you as she would shoot you.
This! It's not like her cleavage could stop a bullet or anything. And her sentry-interface-ish thing makes her look like a good tech \\o/

Why go many people enjoyed it because it fit her character.
Fixed.
Catsuit is blatant pandering. And sexist. Has no place in game that aims as high as ME3.

As far as I can remember, Miranda never takes advantage of her looks. She might be sexy by design, but she makes no point of using her body as a seductive weapon or tool. This is supposed to give you a boner. You can pretend it's something more but, as much as I wish it were, it's not.

But I have no problem with catsuits in general so long as they are worn on hub worlds like Illium or the Citadel, or inside the Normandy. She is the femme fatale of ME2 after all. She should have armor though when exposed to the vacuum of space, or when on the surface of planets with enviroments that are hostile to humans.

(1) Dressing in a catsuit with no protective properties whatsoever on a combat mission.
(2) Dressing in a very conspicuous catsuit when you're supposed to be inconspicuous. Like Cerberus operatives are supposed to be.....almost all the time.
There's also the problem of style. Miranda's catsuit has the cheaply thrilling style a classy woman like her would never wear. She'd never flaunt her assets that way in the public. Also an outfit is not seductive if it suggests general availability. Which means no, the catsuit doesn't fit her character concept as much as it compromises it. It must either go completely, replaced with a more stylish version or relegated to her private quarters.
In combat she should wear something like the black asari commando outfits from ME1/Noveria with no exposed vitals, and in space she should wear a suit covering every single centimetre of skin and a helmet.
