LOL!  Just to clarify; when she said "we show them how it's really done", she didn't mean, 'show the guy how to do their job,' she meant, 'show them how a real woman does it,' because older woman tend to be more experienced, confident and less shy/inhibited towards sex than younger women.  In the most jokingly non-offensive way possible, of course :P

I don't see too much of a problem with older woman/younger man. To be honest I have no idea what it'd be like in the long-term since things never happened for me in the long-term in that type of situation. I'd say the OP is pretty lucky to have the opportunity, as I'm usually attracted to older women anyway, and the women who've hit on me the most are older women.

If I didn't practice accidental self-sabotage as much in my high school and college years I could have had experiences with at least 3-4 older women.

The "seeks out young men for sex" sounds like speculation. Is this really her stance, or another assumption on your part?
