Hopefully I am posting this in the right place...

Is it just me or does Jacob's loyalty mission seem very inspired by the real world historical events centered  around the Batavia and Jeronimus Cornelisz(who enacted a much more terrible version of what Jacob's father does in Mass Effect 2)?

It certainly seems plausible.

But I wish that Jacob's father as also "broken on the wheel."
