It doesn't matter, they will just come back later because the writers were too lazy/incompetent to follow through with anything.

1-Fenris(I really hate damn emo elves/Twilight ripoffs)

2-Anders(I hate terrorists/emo terrorists)

3-The Warden(I love you old buddy but your part is over)

4-Leliana(Loved her in DA:O but bringing her back was rather stupid)

5-Isabella(who the hells tells someone they love them then runs off to screw the first person who looks at her, that just pissed me off to no end, but the rest of her story arc was nice)

6-Merrill(Now don't get me wrong I think she was awesome but the fact that I constantly told her not to use blood magic and she did it anyway even though she saw nothing but blood mages going crazy and killing everyone is beyond stupid)

Everyone else can live though.

1. If I could only pick one character, it would be Merrill. I think I've had it in for her ever since I saw that first awful screenshot of her before the game was released. She doesn't really look as E.T.- ish as that screenshot made her out to be, but I'll always remember her as such. Her child like innocence is rather comical, but it gets too annoying after a while. I also despise her comically large breasts, since they make her look like a blowup doll.

2. Hawke: My male Hawke was political, but he also sounded like a little man- priss. I hear female Hawke isn't much better?

3. Isabella was very pretty. She had those penetrating brown eyes and striking features. So why did the devs have to visually unbalance her face with that giant, gold chin piercing? Her sexual innuendos were fun at first, but became grating once I realized that sex was the ONLY thing that ever went through her mind throughout the entire plot.

4. Anders: because no matter what I did in DA2, I'm pretty sure he'll show up in DA3. Plus, his whole emo thing was depressing. Sadly, he was the only healer in your party after Act 1.

5. Fenris: Final Fantasy meets Western RPG!

6. Sexy Flemeth: I don't hate Flemeth... just her current incarnation. Since the devs claim that this appearance is just for Hawke, I expect her to look different in DA3.

Oh a toughie.  There already are some options to knock off characters (except for Varric and Aveline, though difficult to do you can make them leave ... and Sebby).

I'd rather have characters either not just show up again.  I mean the way Anders changed was a real shame.

Sten I can see having one of those big heroic unexpected self sacrifice type of deaths that'll bring a tear or two.

Anyway, I'd like to see Isabela maybe die. Maybe. Possibly Morrigan. Flemeth. Even though I LOVE Flemeth, Morrigan, and Isabela, don't get me wrong. Leliana, and I liked her character. I don't want all these characters to die right away, but like one, it'd be a stretch for two. The Warden if they lived in DA:O, like a life or death choice. 

Hawke's death would be interesting, but not in the most brutal way possible. In fact, I'd want him to live just to ****** everyone off who hated him. Carver or Bethany, considering they are living by DA2. Some of the characters that are alive by choices in DA2 or DA:O. Anora, maybe. 

And that's all I can think of right now. I wouldn't want them to all die off at once, either. Just like one or two.

Okay fine. Hopefully he/she dies by some sort of darkspawn leeches that suck all of his/her blood, or maybe an asteriod lands on him. Or even better since his/her name is Hawke i'm sure Shale is going to try to squish him/her in the future.

If there is one person I don't want to see die, it's Hawke. It's absolutely imperative he/she stay alive in DA3, even if he's not important in the game. Everyone else is fair game, though.

I don't hold a grudge against Hawke. I just don't find him/her to be interesting. If I hadn't found the Warden interesting I wouldn't like him or her either. The problem is I have to be stuck with Hawke and listen to his/her lines, rather than just reading them with my choice of inflection. So my desire to see Hawke killed off is for want of not having another story based on them, but at the same time not leaving the end of their story wide open like the Warden's.

If Hawke was the main character in DA3 it wouldn't bother me. I'd be a little disappointed at first but I'd roll with it. Not worth getting upset over, really.
