Yeah, I like the design too. I just felt that it was worth pointing out.

Haha that's so cheap.

Only reason I'd let Bioware slip on that one is because the armour design is cool.

Yeah, the Grey Warden armour in DA2 looks pretty good. IIRC it's the same armour (or at least very similar) to the armour worn in the DA:O CGI trailers.

Still, it's not a patch on the Malcolm's robes from the item pack DLC. They are the coolest mage robes ever. Reminds of a mix between Dr Doom and V from V for Vendetta.

Yeah there is even a retexture mod for DAO - you can wear ME2 armor :)

The Blood Dragon armor for ME fit decently since light weight, durable materials fit the setting. However, that design carried over into a feudal setting just looks a little weak when compared to practical designs. Sure, it looks great in a stylish way, but it doesn't look like it protects. I would expect that design more in Azeroth (with larger shoulder pads of course) than in Thedas. Then again, most of DA 2 looks like it belongs in Azeroth rather than Thedas.

Sure, it may be recycled but it looks so badass :)

Hey, I thought that helmet looked familiar somehow lol. Still, it's a pretty good armor design. Better than a lot of other ones in DA2.

I don't like them having a uniform. The designs are cool and all, but... I'd prefer that they all have their own armor, emblazoned with the griffon emblem on there.

Having the image of a griffon is pretty much enough to tell you that the person is a Grey Warden, if that heraldry is only in the hands of the Wardens.

Well, better armor design than most in DA2... is not hard to achieve.
And it still looks rather bad, just less bad than most armor.

Now we're gonna find out that the Grey Wardens still exist in the ME timeline or somethin'.

Like people have said... it's cool enough that I'm totally fine with Bioware recycling the design. I would have preferred that to be the base armour design, honestly, instead of just the re skinned Cailan's armour we go.

I thought everyone knew that already. They're just called 'Special Tactics and Reconnaissance'.
