So I've only just decided I wanted to buy the in game dlc such as return to Ostagar and Wardens Keep. However, I get paid tomorrow so I was gonna buy them then. But I really wanna start a new play through like NOW!!!  and was wondering if you could start a new game then download the dlc another time and it will still appear in that play through like in da2 or do I have to purchace them first then start a new playthrough.

I don'ts really download much so probably sound a bit thick, but thanks if anyone could help :P

Nope, you can play the dlcs anytime. So you could be half way through the game, then download the dlc's and it'll be fine. Here's a chronological list of when you 'should' play the DLC's on a character, though you can play them out of order, this is the canon.

The Stone Prisoner
Warden's Keep
Return to Ostagar

Those 3 can all be played anytime during the standard Origins game.

Next up is Awakening, which is a separate expansion that you play after you've finished Origins.
After Awakening is another dlc called Golems of Amgarrak - to play this one you import your character from Awakening.
After Amgarrak its Witch Hunt - to play this one import your character from Amgarrak.

Witch Hunt is the Warden's final quest (so far :P)

The other dlcs are Leliana's Song and Darkspawn Chronicles, both of which are independent of the Warden and the main Dragon Age storyline, and can be played whenever.

Note that darkspawn chronicles is an alternate ending to Origins, so you'll want to complete Origins at least once before playing that one.
