So i found this image on the Mass Effect wikia. And i wonder, what the hell is it? Is it some kind of Reaper creature? Maybe how they looked like before they turned themselves into these giant starships? Sure as hell looks evil.

Wait until the comic comes out. There have been several threads speculating as to the identity of said creature, but like I said, it is just speculation.

It looks like a heavily Huskified Turian to me. Since Cerberus facilities were attacked by the Turian military in Retribution it would make sense for Cerberus to target Turians for huskification.

Well, it's definetly connected to the Reapers.

It's not a turian. It has five fingers. Only humans, batarians and asari from the races known so far have that number. Probably drell too.
Plus, it's mechanical, as far as I can tell.

This actually seems the most likely, or it is a Reaper in another form, kind of like how Sovereign controlled Mechanical Saren in ME1.

It's either a new creature, a combination of creatures (a Vorachnor - vorcha/rachni/elcor) or a prothean (it does look a bit like one of the protheans we see in the vision in ME1, although it looks different to the statues we see).
