Elton John:

This guy tried to put up a fight but ultimately I killed him with ease. The fight itself was easy but what made it my favourite was how he tried to run at first and then when he saw that he couldn't he put up the most pathetic defense that I ever saw, it was made further memorable by the girl-like shriek that he gave out as I strangled the last of his breath out of him.
If you're talking about Game Bosses and Not Bosses you fight in real life, then it'll be:
Walter (Kingdom Under Fire: The Crusaders, Kendal's Campaign):

Having playing Kingdom Under Fire: Heroes first, I had played through Walter's campaign and felt for the man. His campaign was about destroying a relic of evil. He and The Pope are contacted by God (or so they thought it was) and told to destroy the relic. Doing this deed would bring peace forever. Walter however had to sacrifice much in this quest and even kill innocents (you actually burn a town where there's children in and you slaughter everyone trying to escape) just to achieve the goal. In the end, The Pope turns corrupt and wants to use the relic's power for his own means and so Walter takes the relic from him and proceeds to destroy it. However, he now has his own country out to kill him, he has other nations also out to get him (because everyone wants this relic for their own means), basically, the whole world is against him and this is shown in the end mission where you've only got 200 soldiers and are fighting against hundreds of people from orcs and dark elves to humans. In the end, the relic is destroyed (on the alter where it could be) but it turns out that the being that contacted Walter and The Pope was actually a demon. By destroying the relic (which was its' heart), it was now free and it brought chaos upon the world (though the demon is eventually stopped, the damage it causes is great and many die).
So when I was playing Crusaders as Kendal (Walter's best friend) and found that I had to fight Walter (which in Heroes, was a cut scene fight where they just allowed their soldiers to fight against one another), it was a shock. Further more, it seemed like a scene out of LOTR because the camera switched between the two characters during the fight and I had full control of my character. The voice acting and the emotion in it further made this battle memorable. There was also the soldiers in the background fighting against one another which just made this entire fight epic. One of the best boss battles ever simply because of the background to it. As for Walter? It's believed he died in the dimension that opened when the demon came. You meet his spirit as Kendal in the next game and he appears to have gone mad (there are arguments that this spirit isn't Walter though because even Kendal has doubts and Walter's ending in Heroes suggests that he's alive but severly hurt) and he then askes you to take his spirit (in a pendet) back to his son. Personally, I believe he could be alive but who knows? If his son confirms that the pendet is his, then it means only his spirit is alive. If his son says otherwise, then Walter is alive.
To sum it up; to battle against a truly complex character who I had played as previously added a feeling to the boss battle.
Kain (Legacy of Kain: Defiance):

This is the fight that everyone had been waiting years for. The fight where you battle Kain as Raziel. In this series, there are two protagonists. Each hate one another. Raziel hates Kain because Kain literally threw him into Hell (the abyss I think it was called) where Raziel is tormented for 1000 years (if I recall). In Defiance you finally get to bring Raziel's vengence down upon Kain as you fight him. The fight was pretty epic when I played it and the ending of the fighting was a shock.
Raziel:

You will fight Raziel as Kain in Defiance. Once you finish fighting him, you play as Raziel and must battle Kain. These are two protagonists who you've played as, each have seperate games too where you become more attached to them. You know one is going to die as well, this makes the battle between the two even more better because you feel attached to both.
