Does anybody know if there is a way to compete Packages for Ish the Paragon Way and have the quest show up as completed? The glitch always makes it show up as not completed when I go the Paragon/Renegade route.

As I recall it, the only way for the the quest to be marked as finished is delivering the packages to Anto.

Is there any way to complete it by giving him a package or two, then convincing him to abandon his plan?

No. Either give him all the packages, or give them to Anto.

Odd, I've got both packages and the quest still shows as incomplete AND Ish is no longer on Omega. He thanked me and took off.

Its a minor glitch. Unlikely it will be fixed in a patch, even if EA gives permission and resources for a 1.03 patch to be made.
