Maybe we need to make a rule with Mordin, whats done on Tuchanka stays on Tuchanka!
That way Mordin doesn't have to talk about what might or might not have happened there.

Course, if you're really worried you could always arrange an accident for Mordin. "What's that Mordin? Tech Specialist you can do? Off you go then." Then only Shepard and random teammate you took with you is aware of the research. Assuming you let Mordin kill Maelon. Leaves only random teammate that needs to be dealt with. Secrets are easier to keep when fewer people know about them.
