Hi!

I have a problem with the DLC of my game (I bought the online Dragon age ultimate version with all DLC installed), it seems to be "unauthorized". I was recomended to see this post;

http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613 (on 0.1.2.)

But when I try to make this step;

"Check that the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater Service got reinstalled correctly.
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START"

I can't find the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services! (I don't really know if this will repair my problem, but i got to try this first).

All other steps didn't worked out, so I think this is my only chance.

1) It would help to know which version (Steam, EA- Origins, etc) you have. and your system specs (see Read first post pinned to the top of the forum)
2) The Solutions Round-Up Thread, also pinned to the top has instructions linked for installing the service on a Win 7 64 bit system for Steam and Origins (formerly EADM).  The instructions are basically the same for all supported Windows systems.  If you have the Steam version see this first- also linked in the Solutions Round-Up (This is why that information requested in the Read First thread is important)

I think that I have a EA version, because the installation es in a folder called

"C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Electronic Arts\\Dragon Age™ Origins - Ultimate Edition"

and I used the EA manager to download it.

At this point, I would suggest trying the 1.05 beta patch that is currently posted in a pinned thread at the top of the forum. It fixes all known DLC issues, but can cause long load times; which is why it is a beta patch.

=) Glad it worked. If you start to experience long load times, report your symptoms in the data gathering thread. The more data the devs have, the easier it will be to track down the cause.
