no favorite, but in nearly all settings i kill the quickest with the vanguard on insanity. hope it's similarly efficient in me3.

Soldier and Adept equally are my favorites.

Soldier because of the run and gun play, and Adept because it's the mage class of Mass Effect (I like playing as mages)

I usually hang around Infiltrator and occasionally Soldier because I like messing with the guns. Every so often I feel smashy and play as a Vanguard. I know nothing about the other classes, but anyone is free to tell me how great they are.

I love soldier. There is no greater feeling than walking onto a battlefield and thinking..... "which gun shall I shoot you with"

Infiltrator. It suits my style more. Sitting back and picking off the commandos with headshots while my squad takes care of the rest. I'm glad they're adding stealth gameplay to ME3, because silenced sniper rifles headshots while cloaked would be legendary. Also, incinerate is one of the best abilities ever.

Vanguard on insanity is probably the funniest thirdperson shooter singleplayer experience (puh!) I've ever had, so that must be my answer. I also enjoyed playing a Soldier but it isn't as challenging nor as fun as the Vanguard. Another thing with the Soldier that annoys me is all the weapons on the back that clip into each other, it bugs me to no end. I've tried playing other classes but nothing compares to the Vanguard in "fun-level".

ME1-
Infiltrator (w/hacking) - like the engineer, with a sniper rifle and immunity
Vanguard (w/singularity) - like the adept, with shotgun and adrenaline rush

ME2-
Sentinel (w/AP ammo) - warp and overload to deal with any type of enemy, better cooldowns than adept or engineer, best defensive skill in the game.  AP ammo for a great passive skill
Soldier (w/Reave) - I loved heavy adrenaline rush.  Reave for an ammo-independent way to kill.  Flashbang would have been more fitting for soldier, but I played soldier before I had Kasumi DLC

Personally, I've always been a Vanguard fan. I mean c'mon, they are biotic warriors! Charge right in your face and blow your head off with a friggin' shotgun! Talk about badassery!

I don't think I've ever had as much fun in ME as when I figured out the Pull/Shockwave into Throw combo between me and Samara.  Pick em up in the air only to hurl em into a wall with 1200 N 

Never gets old...
