The bottom three is guesswork based on videos as I have not played them through, or really at all. I can foresee the Adept moving up though. Soldier and Infiltrator would be close to a tie currently. Never imagined I would like the Soldier as much as I do but Adrenaline Rush is simply amazing when utilized in conjunction with the Mattock. Vanguard is less of a commanding lead these days since I have horribly overplayed it.

Infiltrator with Shotgun. The best class for me.

My favorite is probably Vanguard, and my least favorite is probably Sentinel. However, I like all of the classes in ME2, depending on what my current mood is. That said, Vanguard wins because, without fail, at some point during the play through I will wish I had Charge and a Claymore while playing a non-Vanguard.

I've only played as Vanguard and Soldier. I don't know why I haven't switched it up after 5 playthroughs. Now you all have got me excited!

i've only played sentinel, soldier and now adept.

the latter is the bigger challenge. I have to completely rethink the way i play.
I found soldier and sentinel required pretty much the same play style.

so it's too soon for me to pick a favorite.

If that is the case you will probably hate the Vanguard...it is NOT about slow and mithodical.

Engineer > Adept = Infiltrator > Sentinel > Soldier > Vanguard.

I think the Vanguard is a cool class, but the hyper-aggressive style just isn't for me. I've tried, just can't get the hang of it. If/When I do, the list will probably change.

soldier hands down for sure, absolutely 0 doubt.

i like to roleplay in my games quite a bit and nothing makes me feel more badass, more powerful, more savior-of-the-galaxy-like than the soldier class. plus in terms of lore its probably the best class.

expertly trained at all the weapons, able to have incredible reflexes, and pop a baddie in the head from a football field away. adrenaline rush is just great in any combat situation too.

i thought the class might get old after a while but im always itching for the next firefight where i can dominate and lead the team by taking out the most bad guys and dealing the most damage.

ive been thinking about giving either a sentinel or vanguard a playthrough (dont really like shotguns though). sentinel seems to provide a nice combination of offensive tech and biotics but we'll see.

biotics were insanely good in me1 but in me2 im not really feeling them (for shepard at least).

Mass Effect 1 favorite is Vanguard with Singularity as the bonus power.

Mass Effect 2 favorite is Sentinel with Shotgun as the bonus weapon.

now playing adept on insanity , i find biotics become amazing once you reach level 20 , faster cooldown, higher damage etc.

Soldier is my utmost favourite of all. I love having a gun for every occasion. I'm not too big on powers. Why should I have to wait on a cooldown when I can just use a different weapon with a different ammo power to blast whoever I want?
