upd about site: for me it's now in "text and hypertext only" mode, without graphics at all. Alright, for not adding extra traffic to process to poor site, wish everyone good luck and go to sleep

Well the iPad app won't load now....at least I got the chance to put all of the ME comics in my bookshelf in the app....

Gahhh! I registered earlier today and added all the comics to my profile. I just tried to login again and it's saying there's no account associated with the email I'm inputting, so either I entered it wrong when I registered (and there's no way I'm gonna figure out what the mistake was), or the account got deleted somehow.

I was able to dl the bundles yesterday after many repeated attempts. However, I was only able to read a few pages in as nothing was working.

I just checked the My Collection section as they should have been there and weren't. Sent off an email via their contact link and explained that I'd downloaded them yesterday but couldn't find them in My Collection to continue reading them today.

The kind rep at Digital Service just replied (within an hour of my original email) letting me know he'd added them to my account.

Nothing I expected to happen since they were free so I consider this great customer service seeing as we were all demolishing their servers yesterday.

Anyone know how you read them on the iOS app? It looks like they're downloaded, but it just takes me to the description when I tap on their icons.

EDIT:  The site and app are finally working for me now.  I can actually read these as soon as they finish downloading.

I finally got it working. I feel completely daft.  I thought I was running the latest version of IE, but I wasn’t. Upgraded to IE9 and now it works, so for those who can’t view it--try that or get Chrome.



EDIT: Half of the pages aren’t loading. I’m pretty much done. It isn’t worth the frustration.

This is upsetting, over 24 hours I've downloaded their app (which almost always force closes) signed up and finally gotten onto their website and... the comics aren't free anymore! They won't extend the deadline but loads of M.E. fans couldn't even use it because of THEM having server problems and a broken app

After many repeated attempts throughout the afternoon, I have had all the comics added to my collection. For now though when I go to click read now, it'll load the page, but would only show the title and back to collection. I'm using IE9 and don't know if it's me or the server, also from there is it possible to download it or am I only able to view it online.

^i don't believe its downloadable i think u must read it in a browser although im unsure of how the appp works for it i think u download it in that case

i think its the servers which are not allowing you to read it right now as i and others i know are having the same problem across multiple browsers

I'm having the same problem. The first one is taking forever to load. 1 hour and still only up to page 16 of 24

I had them all downloaded, and then all of a sudden retribution 1 and revelations 2 and 4 couldn't be downloaded. So I redownloaded them, but they haven't started yet.

Ok, how exactly am I supposed to read them? I click "Read Now" but only get a page with the title and "Go back" link. The comic doesn't load :/

EDIT: Ohhh... Had to refresh the page. My browser locked old version. But now it's taking AGES to load the first page lol

Yeah, evidently, refreshing is getting the other comics to load the pages but not the Invasion one. d'oh.

tosh, i don't know about ipad, but clicking the power and home button on iphone at the same time takes a screenshot.
