Hey. Apart from the problems in downloading the free DLCs everyone seems to be having, I appear to have suffered another strike of ill fortune. Seeing that the previous didn't work, I downloaded (and paid for) Warden's Keep from the PSN Store. It downloaded fine, and it apparently installed fine too. Thing is... it just doesn't appear in the game.
I tried deleting the installed file because it shows off separately in the Playstation 3 XMB somehow. I could recognize it because of the file size, roughly the same as I had downloaded. Then I downloaded it again from the store as I am entitled to do that multiple times after paying for the content and reinstalled the whole thing to no avail. It still doesn't seem to be active within my game. Doesn't show in the downloaded content section in the menu next to the inventory, etc, and I see no entries in the journal or anything that would indicate it did work.
Is there anyone else suffering from this problem? I can be patient about the free DLC because, well, they are free after all. But this is content I -paid for-. Can someone help please?
PSN Store DLC Warden's Keep not installing properly...

Unfortunately, the region specific DLC content is not something that is under our control as it's the way Sony has designed their system to work. I'm not an expert of the system so I could be a bit off, but I believe the setup is as follows. The BLUS build of the game is for North America/Asia (Not sure about Japan) and has a specific DLC package. The BLES builds of the game are for Australia/Europe and they use a different DLC package.
The PS3 codes are universal and will work once no matter which PSN store you connect to. If you imported your game, you need to make sure you're connecting to the proper PSN store for your disk when you enter your codes to download your content or it'll entitle you to the wrong package.
If you redeemed your codes for the wrong DLC version you can try contacting customer support to see if they can help. http://help.dragonage.com
