I would support Miranda/Jack or Jack/Tali (it works when you think about it) but I want Jack for my FemShep >_>
Ashley/Jacob would make the most sense
Kaidan/Thane would be an interesting dynamic...
Liara/Thane is interesting too
Joker having a crush on Tali is practically canon (although she only has eyes for Shep, I think >_>)

Nothing will beat Fenris/Isabela, of course. Those two were just made for each other.

what would also maybe be nice if your squadmates are involved with somebody outside of your crew...maybe the new squadmates can mention someone they left behind or who died in the attacks (if they're not getting romanced)

Romance between squadmates would be so great! It would make the game far more interesting, and - for sure - far more realistic, because another game with "ONLY THE HERO CAN HAVE A WOMAN" would be too stereotyped. Remember BG2? Even such a simple obstacle, as Aerie unable to choose between a tiefling and the main character made that romance far more interesting... I really do lack serious interaction between squadmates in ME series.
Also, it would also make Shepard really jelaous sometimes!!!

To start with:
If Shepard doesn't have romance with Tali / Tali + Kal'Reegar
Do you remember that? He was willing to sacrifice to ensure Tali's safety. Was it duty or something more? Also:

Tali'Zorah: Kall, just call me Tali.
Kal'Reegar: I'll work on that, ma'am.

If Shepard doesn't show his interest in Tali, in ME2 (or if Shepard is a woman) and if Tali returns to flotilla, she could find Kal attractive to her.


If Shepard doesn't have romance with Miranda / Miranda + Jacob
They have a past... and maybe a future?

Ken + Gabby ofcourse, if they survive!

I think this would be good change in game play. For instance, if I liked Tali, I would have have to prove im a better person than the dude she likes. I would love to see crew mwmbers interact. They just seem so boring the way they are now, just sitting and making calibrations.

Also, they did it in DA2. If you didn't go with fenris or Isabela, they would get together.

Garrus/Tali would be cool. But Tali's already with my Shep. Though, I might do a playthrough where my Shep stays loyal with Liara to see the awkward cuteness of a Garrus/Tali relationship.

I agree that this could be very good, I was thinking about it myself earlier. Especially if it envolved you, E.G. you might be competing with one of your teamates, and have to make the choice of ruining their love for yourself, or letting them be together/someone (not nesicerily a teamamte) trys to take you LI from ME2 from you, and you have to step up.

However, it must be realised that the normandy is a combat ship, not a brothel, and everyone shouldnt be hooking up, aswell as making sure some of the more ridiculous (sadly most of the ones suggested in this thread) pairings dont happen.
