For me it's the new Mortal Kombat followed very, very closely by The Witcher 2. To be fair I still have yet to play LA Noire and Crysis 2. What does everyone else here think?
Your GOTY so far?

The Witcher 2 for the moment. Though Battlefield 3 on the PC and Skyrim could be serious competition for my GOTY. We shall see.

Definately TW2. Will possibly shift for either DX:HR or Skyrim.

Mine might also change. It depends on what DX3, Skyrim and Gears 3 are like. Even then, Nuclear Dawn might pull an upset.

LA Noire, though this will be changed to Skyrim once it's released.

Only game I didn't hate that came out this year is Portal 2. Loved every minute of it.

Witcher 2, almost certainly to be joined by Deus Ex: HR.

Possibly DX: HR. I love TW2 a lot, but if that game really lives up to all of the things I heard about it's predecessor then it shall be a hell of a game.

Witcher 2. It just delivered as a sequel. Really amazing.
Though depending how good Deus Ex it might be competition I didn't enjoy that boss fight that I was forced into though.
Maybe Skyrim not sure I've been into open world games depending how good Vanilla Skyrim is though it can be another goty for me.

fun but I wouldn't put it in GOTY.
LA Noire
Mortal Kombat
or LittleBigPlanet2 are my choices so far.

The Witcher 2 so far. But I think Deus Ex: Human Revolution will overtake that spot when it comes out.

I've yet to play L.A. Noire or inFamous 2, but I'd say Portal 2.

Witcher 2 for me at the moment.. Skyrim, Rage, Bioshock Infinite, Batman.. will have to wait and see if they live up to the hype.

Portal 2 likely to be joined by Deus Ex:HR and Skyrim.

The Witcher 2, Deus Ex: HR is probably the only title with a chance of dethroning it.

lol same as most here, TW2 right now and will have to wait for later to see how Deus Ex: HR or Skyrim hold it. I'm not expecting THAT much of Skyrim though, it seems just slightly overhyped to me but I'll have to see how it turns out.
TW2 really grew after getting closer to the first playthrough, my first impressions weren't that good but damn was the whole game just awesome. Easily the best rpg I've played in many many years, perhaps the best rpg to come out after the Baldur's Gate -saga.

The Witcher 2, followed by Portal 2. Deus Ex: HR looks sweet though judging by it's trailer and game play.

TW2 is so far. I won't play Portal 2 cause I absolutely suck at puzzle games, but it sounds like it deserves to be a contender. Bethesda will likely deliver big time with Skyrim.

The same goes for me. I wouldnt mind if Deus Ex: HR got it either. I think one of these 4 will probably be it for me - no matter who actually gets.ErichHartmann wrote...

Oh man thats a tough one, So far everything I've played this years has been either "Good" such as Dragon Age 2, but not high enough for GoTY, or ****ing horrible such as Homefront. So For me I can't pick till the end of this year, and unless they totally suck it will have to be either Skyrim, Rage, or Saints Row the Third.
There is Warhammer 40k Space Marine, But even though I'll get a kick out of it and it goes back to old school shooter styles I'm not expecting it to be a GotY type deal. Might be wrong though.

The Witcher 2.
Though Uncharted 3, AC: Revelations and Skyrim are all due out before the end of the year.

Well if everyone else is going to go on to talk about the rest of the year then I'm extending my answer to include Star Wars: The Old Republic, everything else this year is just preamble as far as I'm concerned.
