ive done them all several times diferent characters and even deleted and restored my profile on xbox60. nothing ive tried so far works what now?

im sorry the achievements keeper of the vigil, the enduring of the vigil, amaranthines last hope, commander of the grey, and the awakening wont unlock. I thought it was something wrong maybe with the way i played it out so I replayed it from a previous save and beat it again, but nothing unlocked. So I started another character a warrior and played through the awakening again and it still wouldn't unlock. I then contacted a xbox support guy thinking it could be the problem. they had me delete and restore my gamer tag and I played the awakening through again and still nothing unlocked. I really dont know what else to do.
