Id like it if Toombs returns in ME3. My main character is Sole survivor, need to resolve with him why Shepard was working with Cerberus. Hopefully he comes in peace though and not a enemy.

Here's what I hope for:

Shepherd just got beaten by Kai Leng who is ready to deliver the final blow on a balcony on Thessia. Right behind him, an Atlas lands, grabs him and crushes him. In the pilot seat is Toombs. If he hadn't survived...I don't know...Conrad Verner?

I just saw the ME wiki dosent say anything about him in ME3. So bioware simply left him out in the cold world of nothingness!.

Never intruduced the most engaging side mission character from ME1 into ME3 is a big slap in the face to us!<_<

I really hoped that he'd still be alive in ME3. Would've been cool to find him in the Cerberus base on Horizon.

played through couple times and didn't find Tombs in ME3 is it a glitch or was he cut?

Tombs could still make an appearence. "I hope."
