Do any retail stores carry Bioware point card(if they even exist?) Namely Wal-Mart., Gamestop or Best Buy. If not is there any way to get PC DLC other than buying bioware points with a CC?

If you do not want to purchase BioWare points with a credit card, there are many retailers that sell EA Ultimate Gamer cards ($20).
You can then take the card and purchase the points on the Origin Store website.
There are currently two packages of BioWare points for sale:
800 BioWare Points for $10 USD
1600 BioWare Points for $20 USD
Please make sure when you are finalizing the order you enter the same EA/BioWare account information to ensure your points are added to your account.

To purchase BioWare points on the Origin Store, you will need to go to http://store.origin.com
In the search field at the top, type BioWare Points and it will direct you to that section of the store. There you can find the two packages I mentioned and proceed with your purchase.
Again, please make sure that you sign in with the same email address and password as your BioWare account to ensure you get the points added correctly.

Wooo I didn't know about this. Now I can get the comic for ME2 (Microsoft should really let people take saves from Xbox and use them on a Windows PC) and the new DLC for DA2 at some point.
