I'm not a gamer, I just like Mass Effect. So yes, waiting sucks.

Maybe if my parents hadn't decided that I shouldn't be allowed to have xbox live anymore, and when I finally get it back, the waiting will be easier. But for now? I've got to survive 9 months with mass effect 1 and 2, and final fantasy 13. Maybe it'd be easier if I was going somewhere this summer instead of being stuck at home, where it hasn't stopped raining, but my family can't even afford to go on vacation.
So yeah, the waiting sucks. A lot.

Waiting is... difficult simply because I have been seriously ready to go since the end of Shadowbroker.
But I can make it... *twiddles thumbs.

Waiting is hard right now! Until September 20th Gears3 will keep me busy, then Forza4, BF3 and AC Revelations. Then I'm set until March.

Yes, but you kind of know what you're going to get with ME3. Everything seems the same gameplay wise, so it's just a matter of how it ends (which isn't likely to surprise many, either).
For me, it may be harder to wait for Bioshock Infinite. It's a total re-thinking of one of the best and intelligent stories/games I've ever played (and I generally don't even like FPSs).

It sucks. Assassin's Creed, Battlefield 3 and Skyrim are all dropping in Q4 which is nice; they will keep me going until March, easily. But being stuck in the doldrums of Q3 is pretty unbearable. I'm playing a lot of TF2, and playing through ME2 again.

Yes - its excruciatingly hard. I love the franchise so much that I just want more and more of it! Im replaying ME2 AGAIN for crying out loud
BUT as hard as the wait is, its a good thing that its delayed til next year. I rather have a beyond incredible satisfying game that really showcases the love BW puts into it and is the best it can be than get a game that didnt meet its full potential. Keeping that in mind helps slightly. In the hopes that when mass effect 3 finally gets here - it'll blow all of our minds 10x over!
Besides - i have a VERY busy fall season starting Sept.
Gears of War 3, Ratchet & Clank : All 4 One, Assassin's Creed Revelations, Legend of Zelda Skyward sword, Uncharted 3, the Ico/Shadow of the colossus hd collection [i will probably play these ps2 games again].....
yea - thank goodness I have til march to finish all these. XD Once ME3 comes out - I'll be dropping everything for that.

As long as Steam keeps having such great deals, I can stand to wait a bit longer. Now back to Witcher.

I might create a speculation thread to do some thing fun while the wait is on.

Waiting is f***ing hard, but it will NEVER be as painful as the 12 year wait for Starcraft 2.

Yes, but it would a lot harder if I hadn't found out all 5 of my playthroughs that start from ME1 to ME2 have been erased by brothers to make room for CoD map packs. I've been plenty busy having to replay ME1 and ME2 since then.

Nah there are loads of games coming out. Batman!!! Skyrim!!!! Assassins Creed! Deus Ex...! (meh). Plus I have a fair few J-RPG's that need finishing. I think I'm only halfway through Tales of Abyss despite being around 30 hours in...such a long game. WKCII, I will finish it! FFXIII optional bosses and Gundam! Hahaha Plus I have a non-ugly no duck lips Shepard for ME2 on PC that I will work on finishing over the next 6 months.

I bought a couple of games from the recent Steam summer sale to keep me busy. This makes the waiting less painful.

It's not too bad. DXHR is coming out soon, and hopefully will be followed not long after by Skyrim. IN the interim I'm steadily making my way through a few anime and sci fi series and I have a few books I've been hoping to get to, so my entertainment time is pretty well booked up.

The wait would be more bearable if I stopped visiting these damn forums all the time; that much I know is true. <_<

Awww what? 235 days? I never thought of it like that. I just kept thinking 8 months, but saying 235 days makes it feel longer!

I've learned that patience is a virtue. Good things come to those who wait. Don't count your chickens before they've hatched. Okay, I've run out of hackneyed sayings.
I have my own opinion on patience...I am often told I am a very patient person, but as per my retort to that accusation..."There's no such thing as patience...I just resign myself to the fact that I have to bl**dy wait"....
