Would you like to see any new races/creatures in future installments?

That would completely ruin the franchise.Sharn wrote...
-Ape people
-Cat people(like khajiits from the elder scrolls)
-Lizard people(like argonians from the elder scrolls)
-Vampires that don't look like pretty boys
-Elementals
-Dryads(lady of the forest style)
-Aliens from mass effect that crashed their ship into Thedas XD!!
-Minotaurs
-Other types of fade demons. Greed demons, envy demons
Every "race" you mentioned (except more fade creatures and possibly elementals and non-cliché vampires) simply don't fit into the lore.
Bethesda could do this, because they didn't take their games too serious. Thedas, however, is somewhat a fantasy abomination of the real medieval europe, somewhat dark, messy and serious. Having Khajiit like creatures jumping around in Orlais, saying "May you walk on warm sands" is just ridiculous.
That said, I'm totally fine with the intelligent races so far.
In my DA2 guide book in the lore category it says that the Tevinters rode on giant elephant mounts, and I've read other stuff about tevinter being a sub tropical area, so cat people would not be surprising nor would apes.
EDIT: Here is the exact text from my official guide: "Two features of the Tevinter military, however. are considered legendary and are known throughout Thedas. One is the use of elephant mounts, these huge creatures having been imported into Tevinter for centuries through the coastal colonies near the northwestern jungles. The other is equally impressive: a trio of gigantic war golems purchased from the dwarves, which are known as the juggernauts."

I got no problem with apes, elephants and other animals.
What I wouldn't like to see, however, is animal people, strange cross-overs between humans and tigers, for example. That'd ruin the franchise, not the normal ones.

Ohhh yeah thought you meant you were against just animals, I agree hybrids would kinda ruin it. I would like to see ONE hybrid race though, dunno what.

Dyrads would be nice and a Faey like race would be cool as well.

The general slur for the Kossith like the Arishok and his cohorts is "ox-men"
