Delete completely the old driver, restart (just in case) and download and install the driver again. It helped me, i hope it helps you.
P.S.: You can download and install the latest DirectX driver just in case.

PhysX are software elements used by any X64 computer system running any version of Windows since '98, probably since Windows95, to help animation effects obey the standard laws of physics. It existed as a graphics add-on before it started selling any hardware to run its software, for any kind of GPU.

A couple of years before nVIDIA bought the company, they did start selling PCI cards that performed all of the PhysX part of the games, so that's the part nVIDIA was interested in, and attaches to the software for its own graphics drivers.

AMD Radeon cards don't use nVIDIA graphics drivers. They use their own AMD drivers, but PhysX is now supplied to the game developers by nVIDIA (there's a copy of PhysX on your game disk, you shouldn't need a newer one than that).

Actually the version in the link is the same as the one in the disc, but the one from the disc was telling me that the version i had installed was newer than this one and it wouldn't begin installation. Sorry for bad english.

Your command of a second language that is supposed to be so irregular that everyone not born to it has difficulty getting that good with, is worth a compliment. Many native speakers don't handle their own language so well.

Have fun playing the game.

NVidia came out with newer PhysX 9.10.0514 Drives just few days ago and now ME2 doesn't run and gives the Failed to initialize the physics system. error do I have to revert back to 513?

Nvidia have not "just released" that version, I see references to it on various message board dating back to August last year. Given that those posts are a year old, and the latest version available on Nvidias website is 9.10.0513, I doubt the stability and legitimacy of the 514 version.
Uninstall it, and install 9.10.0513.
I would also suggest doing a comprehensive AV scan as well, as all of the alleged sources for the 514 version that I found are just file download sites, and have nothing to do with Nvidia.

I have the .0514 version installed as well, as they are included in the 275.33 Display Drivers. I'm using hybrid PhysX (for those few games that support hardware PhysX), so I don't update the nVidia drivers as often as AMD's.

The .0514 work perfectly here though, and since they're included in the official driver package they SHOULD be legitimate.

EDIT: I noticed that for some reason the 'loose' PhysX software package as offered on the nVidia site is still the .0513 (which should work for ME2). Strange they don't offer the .0514 as seperate download...
