Okay, found the podcast. You can listen to it here, but the "marriage" topic doesn't come up until about thirty minutes in. The quote is:

Whether that's some, you know, big wedding ceremony or what, I'm sure that if you pursued Liara in the first game and then no one else in the second game until, like, the Shadow Broker DLC, and then, like, you try to hook up with her again in the third game, I am sure that there is some sort of payoff for that. Whether it's a wedding or not.. who knows. You've been building these relationships since Mass Effect 1, so there's going to be some sort of culmination of that. You two could get an apartment together, take it slow, yeah? You never know when the Reapers are going to show up and blow up your apartment anyway.

Also hmm... the podcast wasn't done more than 2 weeks before the marriage tweet by Casey. Wonder if they changed their minds to include it or weren't sure if they will when they were recording the podcast I've only now realized the questions in the podcast are answered by GI editors, NOT anyone from BW lol so they can't really know much details

I'm actually just fine and starting to change my mind on all the marriage thing.
I found it annoying at first since a lot were getting on the cheesy side which had its place in the fanfiction area.
But I'm thinking of something simple for Shepard and his/her LI. Modest and not some royal wedding.

NOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooooo. This is worse than the people begging for Shepard to have kids. This is a action RPG video game not a Barbie wedding game by Activison.We are in the middle of a war to keep every organic from going extinct. Seems very anticlimactic to end it in a wedding when most people weren't loyal/still complaining about same sex options.

No. Why would Shepard want to give up his/her freedom to be stuck with ONE person for the rest of his/her life or "marriage" as you people want to call it. That's not what he/she is fighting for.

Orly? Then maybe you should make this yourself... oh wait... you don't because while it seems very simple to you, for them this will take a lot of time, money and scripting because if they don't make it the best possible fans will get mad. WHILE I'M JUST MAD PEOPLE ARE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING THIS!

Any resources that would go to this unnecessary feature should in fact go towards making the story the best Bioware has ever crafted and towards polishing gameplay.
