Seriously, some of you people really have proven the general statement that has already been addressed in this topic (and countless others in the past) that there will always be pathetic whiners whining about obvious things such as this.

Anyone going just on looks alone as to whether they like him or not, truly is a shallow ******. Personality goes far more imho than looks and as long as his personality is good then I think he'll rock, just like most of the other characters have.

haha, this Vega is NOT making a good first impression but I'll wait til I hear his voice actor before I make final judgement.

The only problem with him is the width and positioning of his mouth, fix that and he's great.

Also, can we please stop throwing around Gay stereotypes and trying to imply they have relevance to a character we know nothing about?

We already potentially have a soldier in Ash if there is 1, no 2 classes Vega won't be it'll be Soldier and Sentinel.

Actually if we were going to go by the 'who we know is a potential squadmate so far' then he'd have to be a Vanguard as it's the only class we not got a confirmed potential squadmate for yet, seeing as we have Ash (Soldier), Garrus (Infiltrator), Tali (Engineer), Kaidan (Sentinel) and Liara (Biotic).

But am still of the belief that he'll be an Engineer, because despite the possibility of Tali being there, it's the only class so far we've not had a Human Squadmate as and we know we're gonna possibly have more than 6 squadmates if the statement about more than ME but less than ME2 is correct.

For me, Engineer is reserved for Batarian squadmate that better be in ME3 and to be male.

I strongly hope he's soldier - first, Adept/Engineer Shepard who saved Kaidan needs someone to do the tanking; second, Vanguard class implies he's biotic that should be pretty rare for human (and not what we see now - 4 human biotics squadmates against 3 non-biotic, and 2 of non-biotics are DLC chars) and destroys the image of "just normal marine"

BORING! We already have a couple of potential Alien Engineer squadmates and ANY Batarian squadmate sure as hell better be optional with part of the option being to put a cap in their head before they even speak to us.

Also the fact that the polls listed Soldier as the most played Shepard and there being the potential for there to be Ashley in the squad as confirmed and Zaeed possibly running around somewhere, another human soldier = stupid... I think you are taking their context of 'soldier' too literally, he's been stated to be an Alliance Soldier but so is Kaidan and he is a Sentinel.
