1. Not a waste of resources if they believe it would be implemented enough by the s/s players
2. I'm not sure how them being bisexual would break character, care to explain?
3. "Immersion" was broken when Garrus and Tali both decided they wanted in Shepard's pants.
4. I'm glad SOMEONE'S a mouthpiece for the Mass Effect writers around here! /sarcasm

Just romance the Asari, jeez.
Then we'll talk about just romancing Asari
This is an AWESOMEIllustration of what a male Asari might look like. I always wondered if such an genetic anomaly as this has ever occured among the asari...
Curse Bioware for making the Asari female only, now I want blue spaceboys.
Ah well they could always make this into an all male looking (but of course not technically male) offshoot of the species since they've already gone the full space opera route in ME2.

Uh... what?
I'm pretty sure talking to your commanding officer about anything sexual in nature is pretty unnerving. He can't even say "I love you" to her when he's being romanced.

I bought Mass Effect 1 because "hey you can be a lezzie that's cool". These features are one of those things they put in to attract ~*~*~*~*New Players*~*~*~*~, in addition to appeasing the old.Luigitornado wrote...

If they are bi, I hope both are explored with equally compelling reasons towards that decision.

You know, more of the hate of S/S romances, more I wish to start male gay romance in ME3.
Though I'm still speculating about it.

I really don't see the harm in it, as you are not Shepard -- you are roleplaying a character.

Sure, some uncomfortableness is expected. But the way he catches himself before saying "lesbian" - IIRC, twice - and the way he seems confused by the idea that Shepard might like women and him, doesn't give me the impression of being someone who is bisexual and comfortable with that. My impression may of course be totally wrong.

I'm not sure if there's a topic like this, but am I the only one that wants to see both Kaidan and Ashley to be available to the same sex? I know the option was originally suppose to be available in the first one, so why not try to bring that back into the last of the trilogy?

- Still a waste. Remember this is all characters bi.
- Let's put it this way, Han Solo was a straight character, if Lucas decided in EP6 that Han really he was bi and was also in love with Luke, it would break the character and his story arc(Leia).Or how about The X-files and Carter decides Scully being bi would attract more fans so now Scully has a new female love interest shoehorned in. Or what about Brokeback Mountain were the director decides that more people would see his movie if Ennis(Ledger) was straight?
- Yep, but that doesn't mean you should damage it further. Never understood this view point, well it's already been done, let's make it worse.
- Oh look a fanboy, who would of thunk it? What happens when devs listen to fanboys? We get DA2. Most people want to avoid that. Also them ME writers haven't made everyone bi.

Fail. Once again someone that is so enamored with romance, they fail to understand I'm not against s/s. I'm against OMG everyone has to be bi otherwise I'm being neglected/discriminated against. Some character are straight, some are bi, and some are gay that is how it should be. Not all characters bi.

Yeah, just like Darth Vader turning from Luke's enemy into Luke's father. He never hinted it in Episode 4!Malsumis wrote...

Fail argument. Heterosexuality and homosexuality means exclusive attraction to one gender. If someone is turned from gay to straight or from straight ro gay, that means his/her previous attraction was false/untrue etc. But if someone is revealed as bisexual, the previous attraction stays. Nothing changes. Bisexual man/woman is still attracted to the gender he/she was attracted before.Malsumis wrote...

And romancing a girl in the past is how exactly incompatible with bisexuality? You do know what bisexuality is right?mya11 wrote...
If you romance Kaidan in mass effect 1, in this past he said he love the young girl when he vas 17 years old.
Or perhaps he was surprised because he thought FemShep was straight, flirting with him and all, and suddenly FemShep's flirting with female-looking Asari, so Kaidan may be like "wait? Is she a lesbian? Did I misunderstood her being nice to me?" I don't see any discomfort in that scene, what I see is disappointement that perhaps FemShep never wan into him and he assumed incorrectly she was straight and into him. Kinda expected right? Everyone would be disappointed if he/she already got his/her hopes up.Wulfram wrote...

I've been wondering that for a while. :\\ Those against s/s like to say that we're DEMANDING everyone to be bisexual but if they actually paid attention to what we say, there's no actual demanding going on at all... Each one of us has one, maybe two people we'd like to be an option but I'd like to think the majority of us sit in a grey area of both excited for the possibility and prepared to be let down just incase, since the ball is in BW's corner afterall.
