Nobody here says BioWare owes them anything. Where did you get this from? This is a fan forum, full of REQUESTS from fans. The options to play a Female Shepard or a non-Caucasian Shepard could be dismissed as "political correctness". The fact is every business should try to expand their client base and act on feedback from their existing clients, not just focus on the majority demographic.
