Maybe if I had biotic talents, but otherwise no. If I could do anything in the ME universe I'd go to one of Thessia's universities to study chemistry. Then I'd probably end up working for one of the dodgey companies like exo-geni and Shepard would turn up and shoot me in the face.

If I did I would defiantly be Jankins haha...eeeh...

I would probably just try and fall into some Asari crowd and be my artsy philisophical self.(Or at least I would try to keep things that simple.)

I would become a photographer for fornax.

My second choise would be c section in a logistics function, and combing inputs for possible fraud cases.

Once I finish my studies I'm joining the military.

So yes, I guess.

I would join as a vanguard or infiltrator just to travel to many other systems in the galaxy.

I would be more like Garrus. Going to C-Sec to get experience, maybe to the military, and then go to a dangerous place like Omega to become a vigilante and kill the bad guys.

And if none of that works, I would work as a merc. But on my own. Freelancer.

Military? No. C-Sec? Quite possibly.

That said, I'd much rather go into being a Private Investigator in the Mass Effect universe - exploring the seedy underbelly of the galaxy and righting wrongs, but with less fisticuffs and gunplay. Wouldn't want to get offed prematurely, after all! ;)

This is a lot more common than people think even in the military. It's not easy to take a life, even if you sign up and train for it.

I would join up as a biotic. Serve my stint in the Alliance Military and then muster out. Probably go out to the Terminus Systems and join up with a mercenary group, maybe Eclipse or something. If I didn't do that, I would go to the Citadel and join C-Sec.

If I didn't join the military, I would definitely still leave Earth and go study on Thessia. I don't know what, but I would. And knowing how many Asari live on Thessia, well I would probably be shacking up with Asari. It would be a great life.

It's more the discipline, hierarchy, and taking orders thing I don't do well at. I'm much more productive in an unstructured 'peer to peer' non-heirarchical environment where everyone can give and receive input on attaining a goal. A 21st century model of cooperation as it were.

If I were on Earth and Reapers started invading, I think I'd have no problem blowing away husks. I'd just do it as part of an irregular militia, is all.

There are some serious incentives, like being able to travel the galaxy(I remember it being mentioned that it is super-expensive), and the free genetic enhancements. However, unless I was a biotic I probably wouldn't. I'm much more productive with lower levels of discipline, and I'm far too private to function well in a barracks without some adjustments on my part.

Even if I joined, I would much rather be colonial garrison. I've never been on a spaceship, but I know I'd hate being cooped up on one.
