So we all know that blood magic and those who practice it are hated, feared and despised by pretty much everyone in the Dragon Age world. Does it strike anyone else as odd that both the Hero of Fereldan and Hawke can sling blood-fueled spells willy nilly and no one bats an eye?

The hero uses blood magic to forcibly turn a hurlock alpha against its minions and uses another spell to boil the blood in the veins of the lesser creatures.
Alistair: "Hey Hero, was that blood magic you just used?"
Hero: "Yep."
Alistair: "Right on. Wanna get a sandwich after this?"

Ayep. I find it particularly hilarious how Wynne, who makes a big hubbub about mages needing to walk the high and moral path, has nothing at all to say to my Mage Warden who's a Blood Mage and slits his throat every time he needs to regain mana.

There was going to be a scene after Broken Circle where Wynne challenges the Grey Warden (if a Blood Mage) in front of Greagoir, which could end in battle. The dialogue is in the toolset, but it's not accessible in-game. Possibly the scene wasn't finished, or the devs decided against losing the Circle Mages/Templars as an army, don't know.
