You don't have to answer all of those if you don't want to. Just say the once you don't mind saying. If you made some other important choices I forgot to mention please remind me and I'll add them to the list.

Loyalty Missions:

1. Jacob- left his father to the hunters
2. Thane- saved Kolyat, saved the turian
3. Samara- stuck with Samara
4. Tali- renegaded our asses out of trouble and told the quarians to not fight the geth
5. Kasumi- kept the greybox
6. Grunt- killed the thresher maw. Again. I hate those things.
7. Miranda- convinced Miranda to spare that one dude before he got shot, told her to say hi to her sister
8. Mordin- let Maelon die, kept the genophage data
9. Garrus- let him shoot Harkin, killed Sidonis
11. Zaeed- haven't done his mission yet
12. Jack-  Let whatshisface go

I also blew up the heretic geth and kept Tali out of trouble, woke up Grunt, woke up Legion,  told the quarians not to fight with the geth, somehow got Kirrahe killed (what? I may do a replay and keep him alive, I don't even know how I got him killed) managed to broker peace with Tali and Legion, saved the genophage cure but let Maelon die, declined to support Terra Firma (dunno if that will have any impact), and spared Shiala. 

Will add more if I think of any.

Vanguard.  Did not shoot Conrad Verner in the foot.  Saved the entire crew.  Did all the DLCs for whatever that was worth.  Flirted with Kelly the entire game.  Left David with Cerberus in Overlord.  Did all the side missions, writings, and resources in ME1.  Bought all upgrades throughout the game.  Explored every planet and read every single codex entry.  Did not kill the biotic god.  And I use Sheploo:D

This Shepard is a racist who hates aliens, period.  Didn't recruit Garrus in 1st
game, killed Wrex because he is a krogan.  When the suicide mission
comes up, only humans will be alive at the end.

What happened in the loyalty missions? -- Tali is still a part of the flotilla, i saved Miranda's sister, made jacobs dad kill himself, Kept the genophage, killed the thresher maw and got grunt to be an urdont, blew up geth herertic base, saved thanes son from a life of being a hitman, and... i don't feel like listing the rest. But i ended up being paragade throughout the 2nd game.
