I have a few Shepards, but for my first playthrough I would use my canon Shep so:
-She is female Earthborn, Sole Survivor
-Renegade
-Kaidan is alive ( and LI from ME1, but Im planning to broke up with him in ME3)
-Wrex is alive and he is the BFF for my Shep ( I really like Wrex)
-Rachnii Queen is saved
-Original council is still alive
-havn't any new LI ( but Im looking for  hot man ( BigBen guy is this one I wanted, but havn't hope here) in ME3 for my Shep
-Collector base is destroyed..Im tired to take orders from TIM
-No one died on suicide mission ( wasn't too hard to keep them alive really) and I saved Normandy crew also
-Anderson is human councilor
What happened in the loyalty missions?
-Jacob-his father was killed by Hunters
-Miranda -saved her sister and talked with her
-Samara-killed Morinith
-Thane-saved Turian and he was able to talk with his son
-Grunt is in Urdnot clan and Shep is his battlemaster
-Kasumi- I let her to keep greybox with all memories
-Zaeed-I saved workers but he still is loyal ( don't really know how I make it)
-Garrus-I didn't let him to kill Sidonis
-Mordin-he kept info about cure
-Legion- Geths aren't destroyed

- Paragade. I've been Paragon for most of my time but Renegade in moments of when my emotions got the better of me.

- Always male. I can't seem to find it in me to be female since I'm not female myself.

- Kaiden. His character isn't as deep as Ash's but at least I don't have to put up with xenophobic remarks from him.

(Is Wrex dead or alive?)
- Alive, and thank f**k for that. His brother is so bland and a stereotypical krogan who's ideas will only destroy their species in the end. Plus Wrex is just pure badass.

(Did you save or kill the rachni queen?)
- I saved her. At first I was worried she might have lied about her being peaceful but hearing the asari in ME2 talk about the old rachni being indoctrinated by the Reapers, I was relieved I put my trust in her. She'll be an invaluable ally.

(Did you save or abandon the original council?)
- The temptation was always there but in the end I chose to save them. The power vacuum that would have been left in their wake would have caused chaos and humans would have been seen as tyrants for taking the void to their advantage. Plus I just couldn't live without the old "Ah yes, Reapers." joke.

(Who is your ME1 love interest?)
- No one. I would pick Liara if I had to but I wanted to wait until ME2.

(Who is your ME2 love interest?)
- For my main canon save file, I picked Tali. She's just so cute~. For my experimental save file, I picked Jack because of her deep character and personality.

(Did you save or destroy the Collector base?)
- At first I was going to save it, but then I realized I would be giving it to The Illusive Man. And after reading the novels, I hardly have any desire to trust the tw*t. So in the end I blew it with that damn badass "I won't let fear compromise who I am." boast.

(How many of your squad died during the suicide mission, if any?)
- No one. Even on my first playthrough, they all lived. Hoorah!

(Who is the human councilor?)
- Please, who actually voted to have Udina as the councilor? Anderson all the way, baby.

(What happened in the loyalty missions?)

• Everyone is loyal.
• Sidonis, Maelon and Aresh were spared.
• Miranda chose not to kill Niket.
• Kolyat didn't kill Talid and was given community service.
• Mouse wasn't named.
• Morinth was killed.
