Who's alive? Lieutenant Kaidan Alenko alive and reporting for duty.
Wrex alive or dead? Alive, kicking ass, and leading the Krogan.

Rachni queen saved or killed? Alive, her song will crescendo into the sky.
Original council dead or alive? Saved their asses, unfortunatley.

Collector base saved or destroyed? Blew that place to hell and back.
How many people died on SM? 'No One Left Behind' achievement unlocked.

Who is the human councilor? Originally Captain Anderson.
What happened in the loyalty missions?
Jacob - Turned his father in.
Thane - Stopped Kolyat, saved the Turian, and got Bailey to give him community service.
Samara - The galaxy is rid of one more Ardat-Yakshi.
Tali - Convinced the board with Paragon, Tali still part of Flotilla, and told them not to go to war.
Kasumi - Let her keep the graybox, no matter the consequences.
Grunt - Thresher Maw taken down, Grunt is now part of Urdnot.
Miranda - Miranda did not kill her friend, and let her talk to her sister.
Mordin - Let Maelon go, but kept the Genophage data.
Garrus - He headbutted Harkin, and spared Sidonis.
Zaeed - Saved the people in the burning refinery, and convinced Zaeed.
Jack -  Blew the place to hell and back, and let the guy go.
Legion - Rewrote the Heretic Geth, and Geth are now stronger.

Pretty much did every good/right choice, got 100% paragon.

Note, I've only played each game once. Since I just started the series in November of last year. I beat ME1 on Christmas & ME2 a month ago (I play a crap load of games). So I'm going to say what I did on my first playthrough & what I'll do on my playthrough before ME3 comes out.

Renegade or Paragon? Paragon, though I made some Renegade choices in ME2 regarding being a dick to enemies.
Your Shepard male or female? Male
Who's alive?(Kaidan or Ashley)? Ashley, I think I'll keep Kaidan alive though.
Wrex alive or dead? Alive, I'll never let him die. NEVER!
Rachni queen saved or killed? Saved... Better not bite me in the ass.
Original council dead or alive? Alive.
Who is your ME1 LI? Liara
Who is your ME2 LI? Tali... I'll probably keep Tali my LI in ME3.
Collector base saved or destroyed? Saved. If Cerberus wants to screw me over, they're going down.
How many people died on SM? If any died which once. (Legion was the only one to die on my first playthrough. It's because he was my last found member since I thought the mission where we find him wasn't a recruitment, so I saved it until I did all of the Loyalty missions.... I'll keep him alive next playthrough though)
Who is the human councilor? Anderson

You don't have to answer all of those if you don't want to. Just say the once you don't mind saying. If you made some other important choices I forgot to mention please remind me and I'll add them to the list.

1: The game forced me to be paragon all the way in ME2....THANK YOU Bioware, I totally wanted a persuasions system based on prior paragon/renegade decision percentages. In ME1 I was slightly Paragade but mostly Paragon

Jacob - father commited suicide (was there any other outcome?)
Kasumi - box destroyed, goes with 100% renegade
Mordin - Subordinate killed, cure info destroyed, convinced Mordin he could recreate data; goes with 100% renegade
Jack - convinced killing is the only way to go; goes with 100% renegade
Grunt - Krogan opposer headbutted, Thresher Maw annihilated
Garrus - Harkin shot in the leg; goes with 100% renegade
Zaeed - rig was destroyed; wish Renegade had the option of leaving him there to die like you can do going Paragon if you save his mission til after the final boss.


You forgot about Conrad Verner, he had a gun shoved in his face and shot in the foot, created the Shepards charity.
You also forgot about Khalisah Bint Sinan al-Jilani, she got punched in the face... TWICE!

The secondary Shep is also female and is the same as the above but her LI is Liara instead of Kaiden. Unable to make a renegade Shep or even play a guy Shep (I tried but I've given up) because, well, I don't find much motivation to do so in this game unlike other games; ie DAO, etc.  Perhaps it has something to do with the overall theme or perhaps it reminds me of B5. Whichever it is, there will be no renegade or a guy Shep for me.

6. Grunt- Killed Thresher Maw.
7. Miranda- Convinced her not to shoot Niket. Told her to speak to her sister.  Also had her during the SM, so she "resigned" from Cerberus
8. Mordin- Maelon survived, Kept data
9. Garrus- Saved Sidonis
11. Zaeed- Vido escaped, did paragon route for Loyalty
12. Jack- Let Aresh go.
13. Legion - Rewrote Heretics
14. Kept Miranda and Jack's loyalty in the argument with Paragon choice.
15. Kept Tali and Legion's loyalty with Paragon choice.
