I might replay the character before ME3's release though.

3. Samara - killed her serial-killer daughter
4. Tali - Provided an epic speech about all Tali had done for the Quarians to save her from being exiled and held back on revealing her father's activities, advised Quarians not to war with the Geth
5. Kasumi - Destroyed the greybox for her
6. Grunt - Took out the thresher maw and killed the guy gunning for Grunt, to boot.
7. Miranda - Made sure she wasn't the one to kill her old friend and got her to introduce herself to her sister
8. Mordin - Allowed Maelon to live, kept the genophage data to use in helping the Krogan
9. Garrus - Laughed outloud when he head-butted Harkin, saved Sidonis, who deserved to live with conscience
