I'll start off by saying that I have 6 imports I'm working on for ME3, one for each class.  I've played through several times with different LIs and minor choice differences, but I finally settled on the 6 I'll speak for here.  And I'm sorry, but I'm one of those people that just can't bring myself to play Renegade (as much as I want the XBox achievement for it someday).  I tried it once and flinched every time I heard the result when I picked the red words!  Hasn't stopped me from picking a few Renegade options in ME2, though (such as electrocuting Cathka, talking back to the merc recruiter while playing as FemShep and shooting the fuel line out from underneath the Weyrlock speaker on Tuchanka).
Renegade or Paragon?:  All 6 Paragon (minor Paragade on a couple).

Your Shepard male or female?:  3 male, 3 female.

Who's alive?(Kaidan or Ashley)?: Kaidan for 3, Ashley for 3.

Wrex alive or dead?:  Alive, always!  (I can't picture the ME universe without him!)

Rachni queen saved or killed?:  Alive, always.  Should be interesting

Original council dead or alive?:  Alive, always.  Doesn't stop me from wanting to biotic-charge the turian Councilor, though.

Who is your ME1 LI?:  ManSheps: 1 with Liara, 1 with Ashley, 1 with nobody.  FemSheps: 1 with Kaidan, 2 with nobody.

Who is your ME2 LI?:  ManSheps:  1 faithful to Liara (very thankful for the LotSB DLC, by the way), 1 faithful to Ashley, 1 with nobody (because I'd like to see what options there are in ME3.  If there aren't any new ones, I'll go for a delayed romance with Liara or Ashley.)  FemSheps: 1 faithful to Kaidan, 1 with Thane, 1 with nobody (same reason as my last guy Shepard.  I'm really hoping Joker becomes a romance option in ME3!)  Yes, I have explored all the other romance options, and I really am fine with all of them.  I have my reasons for making these my specific imports for ME3 at first.  I'm sure I'll play the others to see what happens at some point.

Collector base saved or destroyed?:  Destroyed, always.  I've heard that saving the base is the "canon" choice.  Oh, well (*shrugs*).

How many people died on SM? If any died, which ones?:  I make it a point to save everyone every time.

Who is the human councilor?:  Anderson.  I know Udina is the "canon" choice, but I just can't bring myself to choose him!

What happened in the loyalty missions?:  The same for every Shepard I have, as follows:      
            Jacob - Leaves his father for the Alliance to pick up.
            Miranda - Shepard doesn't let her shoot Niket, convinces her to talk to Oriana.
            Jack - Lets Aresh live.
            Mordin - Shepard convinces him not to shoot Maelon and to keep the genophage data.
            Grunt - Kills the thresher maw (I hate that thing!) and becomes an Urdnot.
            Garrus - Shepard doesn't let him shoot Harkin or Sidonis.
            Tali - Shepard Paragons the Admiralty Board into pardoning her.
            Thane - Stops Kolyat from killing Joram and getting away; Shepard convinces Bailey to let Kolyat work off
                         his crimes.  (Also, Paragon throughout Elias Kelham's interrogation.)
             Samara - Shepard Paragons all the way through and chooses her over Morinth (naturally).
             Legion - I've always blown up the geth base on this one.  It's a really difficult choice.  I may do a 3/3 split
                           between rewriting them and blowing them up, just to see what happens.
             *I don't have the DLC packs that bring Zaeed and Kasumi into the picture yet, but I am planning to get them
              in the near future!

I know, I know - six Shepards and the only differences I have between them are classes, genders and love interests.  Boring to some, but not to me!  I love Mass Effect too much to not try out every option at some point.  These are just my starting point imports for when March 2012 finally rolls around

Paragon, 100%. Renegade's too douchey (in 1) and will get most of his team killed (in 2). Also, don't like Jennifer Hale's performance of Renegade Shepard.

Female. Wanted to play Paragon, like Jennifer Hale's performance better.  Mark Meer does a better Renegade.

Who's alive?(Kaidan or Ashley)?
Kaidan.  After getting as far as 'I hate the rest of the team' I promptly filed Ashley in the 'don't talk to again' folder.

Wrex alive or dead?
Wrex alive.  Wrex is awesome.  I played new game plus just to keep him alive.

Rachni queen saved or killed?
Saved.  I was concerned she'd be a problem -- but she didn't do anything per se wrong in ME1, so I took a risk on her telling the truth and hoped that she'd stay the hell away from the other sapient races because of her people's bad reputation and her first hand experience with Noveria.

Original council dead or alive?
Alive.  I originally killed them, because I was concerned it would cost too many lives to save them, but I went back in new game plus to save them.  Mostly because the entire universe doesn't make any sense if you don't.

Who is your ME1 LI?
Kaidan.  The choices were him and Liara, and Liara's voice annoys the bejesus out of me.  Kaidan seems sweet -- a little frighteningly so, sometimes -- and he seems like a wounded puppy when he gave me his backstory.  I figure my FemShep's a sucker for that kind of thing.  Also, sexy voice.

Who is your ME2 LI?
Garrus.  I tried to like Thane, but when he starts comparing me (subordinately) to his dead wife, I lost interest in him.  Garrus, on the other hand, took two more levels in badass, assembled his own crew of crime-fightin' vigilantes and fought the good fight in Omega.  Then he got turned into a wounded puppy.  Then he sprang back up again and began fighting again with half his face missing.  That's a manly man.  Also, he trusted me to lead him out of a suicide mission.  Trust is important to any relationship.  Garrus has proven that he's mate-for-life material, even if he does lead with 'just releasing stress, srsly, don't make of this more than it is."

Collector base saved or destroyed?
Destroyed, against my better judgment.  The pragmatist in me says 'No way.  Keep it -- knowledge is power.'  But I imagine my Shepard has a better grasp of galaxial politics than I do, and would nuke it.  There is also how everyone who touches Reapertech is eventually owned by it.

How many people died on SM? If any died which ones?
No one.  No fail, no compromise.  It was hard to secure Zaeed's Loyalty, but if I'm going to save humanity, I need everyone at 100%.  Zaeed needs his game face, because his bullet might be the one that saves us all.

Who is the human councilor?
Udina.  Anderson is unhappy no matter what happens, the Council remains ineffectual no matter what happens, and Udina actually wants the job.  He's frustrated by it, too.  Let the punishment fit the crime.

What happened in the loyalty missions?
Turned over Jacob's father to the authorities.  Scumbag doesn't begin to describe him.
Saved Niket, had Miranda talk to her sister.  Hoping Miranda would gain a 3rd dimension.
Destroyed the genophage data.  Least favorite part of being a Paragon.
Killed the Thresher Maw.  With a Viper.
Spared Sidonis and Harkin.  Killing him would solve nothing.
Let Aresh live.  He's pathetic, the opposite of a threat.  He was addressing a labor dispute when I found him.
Killed Vido.  Zaeed needs his game face.
Didn't break anything in Hock's vault, convinced Kasumi to keep it.  Better to have it and not need it.
Was good cop, got Kolyat a job with C-Sec.  A little silly, but Thane needs his game face.
Killed Morinth dead.  Did the galaxy a favor, apparently.
Called the Admirals on their politicking.  Tali needs her game face.
Rewrote the heretics.  Better to make your foe an ally and let your strength be redoubled.

• Pure Paragon. Didn't even use the Renegade interrupts. No, not even that one.
• Female.
• Kaidan is around. Ashley, ironically, is now a symbol of goodwill between species.
• Wrex is alive, and IMO the best hope for Krogan society.
• Rachni queen alive, and won't it be deliciously ironic if the Rachni, Geth, Krogan and Quarian end up saving the galaxy...
• Original council alive. I regret nothing.
• ME1 love interest: Liara.
• ME2 love interest: Liara still. Thank, Lair of the Shadow Broker.
• Collector base destroyed. I'm not putting this kind of power in Cerebrus's hands, and besides, using Reaper tech is a recipe for disaster.
• Everyone survived the suicide mission.
• Human councillor: Anderson.
• Loyalty missions: Always did the most Paragon-ish thing. Convinced Garrus not to kill that guy, convinced Modrin not to kill his student (and to keep the data about the cure), and so on. Only one I hesitated about was Legion's mission, since both decisions felt morally dubious (but ended up going the reprogramming route).

Garrus --- Sidonis alive.
Zaed --- Vido the Bluesons leader dead, and workers dead (only Renegade choice I made due to usefulness).
Kasumi --- Greybox saved.
Mordin --- Maelon saved. Kept cure for genophage.
Tali --- cleared of all charges and truth about father experimenting never revealed. backed Admiral Koris to push for peace.
Legion --- Heretic Geth were rewritten.
Miranda --- saved sister and chose not to let her kill Niket.
Grunt --- Joined clan Urdnot.
Samara --- Killed Morinth.
Thane --- Kolyat found and doing community work.
Jacob --- Found father and sentenced him to prison. 10 years for every year he spent on that planet.
Jack --- Let Aresh go and destroyed the Cerberus facility.

11) Everyone survived the suicide mission.

12) Anderson is the human councilor and I regained my spectre status.

Oh and this was on Insanity difficulty played as the Infiltrator class.

6. Garrus: let him shoot Harkin but convinced him to spare Sidonis.
7. Miranda: convinced Miranda to spare Niket, meet her sister.
8. Grunt: killed maw, Udvenk.
9. Jacob: his father's ass is in Alliance hands.
10. Thane: quickest interrogation on Elias Kelham, saved both Kolyat and Jorham Taleed.
11. Jack: stopped Jack killing Aresh.
12. Kasumi: let her keep graybox.

Disputes:
Both Jack/Miranda, Tali/Legion, handled with Paragon.

Conrad:
Not harsh on him, he's just a man-child wanting to help.





That said, I'd love to see what stats BioWare has gathered via the game...
