Miranda:
Spared Niket (which lasted about 5 seconds, yay), had Miranda talk to her sister

Jacob: Left his father to die, it was the most fitting punishment for his crimes.

Mordin: Killed Maelon, destroyed cure data. Mordin can recreate it if needed, and a cure now would risk destroying every reform that Wrex has made, reforms the Krogan need to survive.

Jack: Spared Aresh, assuming he can outrun explosions.

Zaeed: Saved workers, Zaeed dead..

Garrus:
Spared Sidonis; killed Dr. Heart in ME1. Sidonis was clearly haunted by his actions, Heart had progressed to even more severe crimes.

Thane: Prevented the assassination, convinced Bailey to give Kolyat community service.
Tali: Paragon to prevent Tali's exile, urge the Quarians not to go to war with the Geth. Collective suicide is not something to be supported, and Legion's already said the Geth would be open to peace.

Legion: Reprogrammed the Geth. Any knowledge they gained about Reapers while serving Sovereign will be integrated in the Geth collective, possibly resulting in tech that can fight the Reapers more effectively. Rewrite also affects all heretic geth, destruction seems implied to only effect that station.

Grunt: Killed the Thresher Maw (Sole Survivor = revenge for the squad lost on Akuze)

Samara: Morinth died.
Arguments: used paragon to resolve the disputes between Miranda/Jack and Legion/Tali.
misc: Received the vision from the Prothean ruin on Eletania (spelling?), spared Shiala, spared Rana Thanoptis, forwarded Cerberus data to the Alliance, regained Spectre status, Toombs killed Dr. Wayne and himself. Saved the colony on Feros and the colonists, scanned all 21 keepers and convinced Chorbin's partner to help him.
