Hey there! Right now I am on Xbox, as the PC is just too expensive right now, but I will be getting one sometime in the future (like a year or so). So I read the FAQ and the part about Xbox DLC not really transferring over to the PC, that's fine by me. But my real concern is with the Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 3. I really don't want to have all the bonuses stuck on my Xbox account when I really want them on the PC version. Does anyone know if the Collector's Edition bonuses will be universal? Were they like that for Mass Effect 2? Sorry for the kind of unanswerable question, but hey, it's worth a shot to see if it can be answered. I hope someone can help me out with this as I am sure it would help a lot of people who are in a similar situation.

Due to the fact that ME3 isnt even out, it is unanswerable, and we can only speculate.
Initially, ME2 CE stuff was universal, with the "More Info" link stating that the codes were redeemable for both Xbox and PC versions. EA later editted the link and removed thaht statement, presumably so they could nickle and dime owners of both platforms for more money, as there was a fair amount of cross-platform purchasing going on.

So my speculation is that the CE stuff for Xbox and PC will not be transferable between the 2 platforms when ME3 finally hits the shelves.

Yeah I figured as much... Bleargh... I don't want to have to miss out on the content later just because I got it on the Xbox beforehand. I saw some people that successfully got the bonus content of ME2 from Xbox to PC by talking to EA. I guess that will really be my only hope. It'd be awesome if a BioWare person could just stroll on through here and provide some more detail on how this stuff works and why we aren't able to do it. Anyway, thanks for the help.

Actually, never mind.  I just realized it doesn't really matter. Since I can get digital deluxe edition instead, that won't stop production like the physical copy. Well, that problem is solved.
