Global Cooldown
Planet Scanning
Minigames
Paragon/Renegade "get everything you want with no consequences" buttons.
ANY defense blocking ALL powers (mix/match please, I want some strategy)
Whack-a-Mole cover system (more mobility, less time in cover pls)
Multiple Actions bound to same key (Sprint! Not cover! Nonono! Don't take cover THERE! Stop covering... shields falling... crap take cover quick... NO DON'T VAULT!!!! Crap I'm dead...)
Combat-blocked quicksave (I have to listen to this Boss's speech AGAIN?!)
Unskippable cutscenes
Unskippable tutorials
Unskippable dialogue (for those 3rd through 12th playthroughs)
Blatantly scripted combat events (unlimited waves of mechs till Jacob uses pull? really?)

Just Say No To:
Global Cooldown -- is returning but is being improved, some powers aren't on the GLOBAL cd but have their own etc.
Planet Scanning -- was never a bother to me
Minigames -- what minigames? the only minigame I can remember is the on on Noveria where you had to move the coloumn of blocks from X to B or Y.
Paragon/Renegade "get everything you want with no consequences" buttons. -- some consequence is needed yes.
ANY defense blocking ALL powers (mix/match please, I want some strategy) -- somewhat agree.
Whack-a-Mole cover system (more mobility, less time in cover pls) -- really? if you spend enough time in cover for it to feel like whack a mole you may be doing something wrong.
Multiple Actions bound to same key (Sprint! Not cover! Nonono! Don't take cover THERE! Stop covering... shields falling... crap take cover quick... NO DON'T VAULT!!!! Crap I'm dead...) -- fully agree. mostly for the sprinting and suddenly not sprinting, never had the vaulting problem.
Combat-blocked quicksave (I have to listen to this Boss's speech AGAIN?!) -- eh not that big of a deal tbqh.
Unskippable cutscenes -- I like cutscenes but I can see how the ritallin adicted ones might not
Unskippable tutorials -- agreed
Unskippable dialogue (for those 3rd through 12th playthroughs) -- no biggie to me unless its really boring or useless dialogue (like some of the dialogue you get form TIM)
Blatantly scripted combat events (unlimited waves of mechs till Jacob uses pull? really?) -- only one I can think of where this happens in the entire game so what is teh big?
my thoughts, not picking on ya just saw al ist that I agreed with some and not with others and wanted to comment.

- Shepard herping and derping
- Shepard being overemotional without player input
- Shepard acting like he and the VS are best buds without the player having any say so

Has anyone failed at this? Ever? All it does is slow you down and bore you for no reason.
-Planet Scanning
Kinda cool the first time you did but got old very fast.
-Paragon/Renegade system
Just rewards you for playing a pretty 1 dimensional saint/jerk,

From the most important to the least:
Disasters, will strongly affect my opinion of ME3 as a whole:
*In the main plot, strategic decisions never having any strategic benefit over moralistic decisions.
*Miranda losing her independence, competence or pragmatism, or not having a significant impact on the big picture
*In dialogue, being limited to choices showing Shepard as not exactly bright.
Serious ******-off material:
*Misleading paraphrases on the dialogue wheel (so many reloads have been the result of this)
*Overdoing the "Awesome" effects so that the result looks stupid and ridiculous. *cough* DA2 *cough*
*Too much fragmentation of the world again (ME1 >>> ME2 here).
*Exposed skin in space...worst immersion-breaker in ME2.
*Anyone being forced to wear outfits ridiculously inappropriate for the occasion.
*High heels in combat
*Going overboard with the Rule of Cool and/or the Rule of Sexy
Annoying:
*Planet scanning
*Any situation with endless enemy waves until X happens.
*Armor blocking Pull and Throw.
*Having to scrounge for ammo.
*Several asari hitting on Shepard again.

I don't want my Shepard to say something as stupid as the top option implies to be, as the key to saving Earth is probably somewhere out there in space, while the bottom one suggests an inability to make a 'sacrifice' for the greater good.
All I want is a simple "All right, good luck out there.". It's clean and neutral, simple yet understanding. Alternatively, something like or "I'll come back for you, I promise." would also be fitting given their past friendship.
In a couple of words: Not having every possible dialogue motivation covered.

If they're dead set keen on having no weapon mod / choice / whatever for the weapons - I'm seriously debating not playing ME3 until the mod community has worked out how to put cool-downs back on the weapons. It will be hard - but thats how much I love cooldowns and dislike the ammo.

I'm still concerned about the dialogue options at the end of the Earth part of the E3 demo, as I was during back then. Why are "If you stay, I'm staying." (lawful stupid) and "The hell you're not!" (selfish/defiant) the only dialogue options? Shepard is supposed to be a hardened soldier, why not have him able to say something understanding or at the very least neutral as well?

Also this - ME1 thanks to charm / intimidate had some great neutral choices / repsonses that got an outcome that was different to paragon / renegade.
ME2 begun to shoehorn the player into a Paragon / Renegade style.

Bias-based persuasion indeed. Why is it not in the poll? The very first reply to this thread mentions it.
I didn't have a chance to edit it yet. And the edit poll option doesn't let me add new ones. Maybe it's my browser.

-Standing up out of cover to change weapons.. I mean.. come on
-Zero variation... It was basically recruitment, recruitment, loyalty, TIM wants something, recruitment, loyalty, loyalty
-Outsmarting YMIR mechs by walking around boxes so it can't shoot at you
-The point when you realise that 80% of your crew are bumming about on the ship while you're getting your butt whupped

- non-customizable squadmate armor
- cookie cutter romance with someone you've already romanced in a previous game. Meaning I want a continuation type romance not another same ol build, build, build, have some sex, before the final mission romance...
- unskippable cutscenes and openings!!
- not having a way to tweak your character in-game
