Hi! The characters I have saved on my Xbox360 are not properly appearing on my online profile. Some appear correctly... others, instead of a photo of the character, have a black photo with a red X in the corner, as if there was an error loading the photo. My beloved elf, Cassius, is one of these red X's and I'd like to make his character my profile picture. Any way I can get the photo to load properly?

All I can suggest is logging into the EA servers when playing the game to see if it will update. Technically though the issue is more a website one rather than a game specific one, and with that in mind I would suggest you check the website problems board to see if they have more advice for you there.
