The best rogue gear, I think, would be Champion chestpiece and gloves, Stealth Boots from Black Emporium and helm from Item Pack DLC.

Weapons - one way will be to have Low Blade with you too, paired with Beraht's Revenge it gives you full nature build, and it has two rune slots.
Very good choices are: Shadow's Claw, Carta's Left Hand, Finesse. It depends on the situation, I prefer to have all of those in the inventory.
There's also ridiculously expensive (especially comparing with Shadow's Claw) spirit dagger in BE, but I personally don't use it. Though Shadow's Claw + Maker's Kiss are very useful in the final battle.

You should have Puzzle Ring of the Black Fox from Act 2 Bonny Lem, and/or Etched Ring of the Twins from Act 2 Nexus Golem.
For amulets I buy Poisonwood Locked (+12% nature damage) in act 2, it goes well with nature dagger...I can't remember anything else notable. Basically, look out for items that boost critical chance/damage.
I'm not sure Belt of Promise worth it. Maybe Seven Deadly Cinch? It is much less expensive and has nice stats too.

I think you crit-chance is low, you should've had near 100% rather early in Act 3. Your attack rating should've been 100% even earlier
it's not "either crit chance or crit damage" though. On my very much non-optimized last PT I had 103% crit chance (don't judge me, it was a forgotten bonus from gear) and 239% crit damage.
So you need to boost both.

This is almost exactly what I use as my base for doing test on content as a Rogue :D
